There are 2 types of tokens. Spectre-U (Utility token - for platform using) and Spectre-D (dividends token - for getting dividends). You can choose which tokens you want to buy.

Set the Gwei more than 37. Otherwise your transaction will get stucked for hours. I suggest Gwei around 50. (but higher Tx fee)

Remember don't send eth from exchange wallet. Send from your own wallet like myetherwallet MEW

I see Ethereum Blockchain is facing some problems with the network, people are facing are many problems with the network and the transaction are missing. We have to wait it will boost up the network.

You're ok. You'll need to import it into MEW though, from Exodus support:

Unsold tokens will be burned months before the first dividend payouts happen. There is no need to increase shares.

Since there is no set ratio of d to u, you could theoretically end up with 100% d or 100% u though that is highly unlikey.
