After numerous discussions on our various caps (min, hidden, max) with our community, it appeared that it was too complex for the coming mass marketing that will start on 4th December. Therefore we have decided the following simplifications:
1. For transparency reasons, we are revealing our hidden cap which is 60k ETH and setting our max cap at this level, removing the hidden cap mechanism
2. We are also removing the min cap of 25k ETH which was not really readable vs the 40k ETH target cap.
So, they reduced soft cap or they dont have any soft cap? I cant understand As I understand, they removed the minimal cap and only the maximum cap remained, I think the project will collect the maximum. I think you're right, minimal cap was removed because they are sure that can raise more.. Napoleon team did good job and investors will appreciated it's The Team was opportunistic, but I do not judge by the attempt of forced expansion, it is working on everything they have built so far, I hope it will be put into practice regardless of the amounts that are collected |

That only means that they will get to keep the tokens in the case little is raised, though the project could start with little too, though it will take a lot of time to grow when there is no leverage or money to get a licence, anyway, regardless i still trust this project, which I will hold forever  , i like the dividends it gives. |

I think there is the potential in here of doing really well, they could go very close to the amount needed
yeah, if product is ready as promised or even beta is released before the ICO then it will sell in out in minutes. |

So, they reduced soft cap or they dont have any soft cap? I cant understand As I understand, they removed the minimal cap and only the maximum cap remained, I think the project will collect the maximum. Does this mean they already raised more than 25k ETH and are sure they will raise 40 ETH. Very strange that they change their soft cap. How can you miscalculate like that |

They have reduced their max cap to 60k ETH and there former target cap of to 40k ETH is now their soft cap. So the 100k max cap (with a hidden cap) does not longer apply. It seems that min funding to continue is 40k eth and they stated that the max is 60k eth? Remember them saying it was expensive to have their trading license so I wonder if they still will get that or use their backup solution which was renting the same if I remember correctly. |
