When is the right time to buy bitcoin ?

The price dropped a bit recently, so i think that's the best time to buy. I think the price will increase again within few days or weeks maximum and will reach higher levels.

As with most investments the "right" time to buy totally depends on what you want the investment for.

If its for a short term gain/profit then the right time to buy is at rolling average 30-day low point when the last bit of bad news was over a week before (which incidently for BTC was last week). You then sell at a rolling average high point but this strategy carries a greater risk.

If its for a longer term investment and you believe in the fundamentals of the investment then the correct time to buy is straight away and hold on for the ride!

This is indeed a dilemma we do not know when the bear period stopped and the price started to move up my strategy is to buy a little for every drop of the price it's not actually a good idea but we do not know exactly  when they will actually hit the floor.

Yeah you are right about volatile nature of bitcoin i.e. their prices continuously fluctuates in the market. So we cannot fix any standard time to buy bitcoin because of these variations. I will recommend to buy bitcoin when their prices are low in the market as compared to other cryptocurrency.

I think the right time to buy bitcoins would be right now because it is going down and the right to sell them would be after they go higher again like a week or two i think it will go higher and you can make profit out of it.

I believe that the right time to buy bitcoin is when its market value is below $3,500. This is because the tendency for the $market value to decline below $3,000 is not setting and the current bitcoin trend is indecision. 

The buy level depends entirely on your ability to predict the markets, very few traders give such an specific price since that can change very rapidly especially when we are talking about bitcoin that has such big movements, especially at this time where there is so much instability due to the recent news.

While you are right in your third paragraph at the same time you can choose to wait for the right opportunity to buy, that way if the price of bitcoin goes down a few hundred dollars and you buy at that moment then you will be in profits a lot faster compared if you just bought at a random time.

True, at some point you need to take the risk, the price of bitcoin could always get lower or maybe not but the important thing is to get bitcoin now, you may be worrying about a few dollars but in the future when bitcoin is very valuable you are not going to care about that low amount of dollars anymore.
