If you want to make profit Short term noone is able to tell when to buy/sell.
But if you are planning to hold them quite a while you are pretty sure to make profit (if nothing unexpected happens).

The price dropped a bit recently, so i think that's the best time to buy. I think the price will increase again within few days or weeks maximum and will reach higher levels.

Yes I agree I think we need to keep our eyes on market if the price is low you can buy bitcoin and if it’s become high then sell it this is not the first time that the price will be low it happen before but the good thing is it can come back quickly it I personally did it before when the price was down I buy too much bitcoin and then I sell it when price become high.

There is always a right time to buy bitcoins. It all depends on your economic condition. The moment you have enough capital that you can afford buying bitcoins, then you can go for buying. You can even wait for the prices to decrease but you never know when this will happen. You can manage to earn a good amount of profit even if you buy them at higher rates, it all depends on you.

For my own opinion, the right time to buy bitcoin is when the market value of it decreased compare to the price lately. I want to buy bitcoin in a lower price where I think that there's a big possibility to increased the value of bitcoins.

Agreed.  If you can't accurately predict/see the trends and have a good idea of when to get in & get out... or can't be bothered to do so every time there's a blip on the radar that could have an effect on the value, then the next best approach by far (a 3'rd best approach coming in very distant 3'rd)...  is to simply invest in BTC whenever you have the spare cash to do so.  I still firmly believe that in time the value of BTC will reach the 5 digits, and not just 10K either but climb to the mid 5 digits (30-50K).  If you also believe this then there's never a "bad" time to invest... just times that are better than others.
