I think, 5 years from now, there will be at least 2 new cryptocurrency to be hardforked from BTC, and the BTC value will rise up to 400% (around $20,000). Although this is just my bold prediction, I think this is possible esp. that a lot of cryptos are now appearing, and more BTC will be mined already by that time. Still, bitcoin will remain the top crpytocurrency overall.

if you look at the history of Bitcoin you will the price chart go up and down within a short period of time and the price never stand still for a long period of time, so we can say Bitcoin price will go up 20 to 50% higher or go down 5 to 10% lower and I believe core teams will find a way for the transaction to speed up.

There won't be any problem of transaction speed and time stuff because people are still using it and the price is still increasing for the bitcoin. Just imagine how smoothly journey of bitcoin went from zero to almost triple thousand bucks. This is not about the transaction people care about, it's just about the value that bitcoin carry in the first place and they just love it to grab the profits from it. So with value of 100K from now and transactions being same like today won't affect much. :-)

I'm very optimistic about future of bitcoin.
2 years ago value of bitcoin was only $200 and last year around $700.
Today, even with this recent big drop, btc price is still much higher than last year.
So, regardless of the occasional higher falls, bitcoin prices are constantly increasing every year.
I expect that such trend will continue and that we will reach price of $10 000 very soon

That is quite low in a matter of 5 long years. I can hardly imagine Bitcoin grow so slow if that is the case. We are already waiting for Bitcoin right now to start recover and go strong enough to break $5000 once again and leave it for good. That is half already of $10,000. If that is your prediction then for half a decade, Bitcoin is making only a x2 growth from now. Rather sad, I think!

Well to me I think bitcoin price will keep rising as time goes on because with what is happening after the little fall in bitcoin price after the ban of bitcoin activities in China and the panic in the system.
But thank God the price is rising on a constant now and I think in the next five years time the price will sky rocket and bitcoin will be one of the greatest assets of our time.
