I think it's just a matter of being informed and always updated on the news on a daily basis. Usually, it's the news such as another country, personality, company, and/or organization announced their support to btc that causes the inflation. Take for example what happened just last month with China being aggressively competing with other countries in supporting and acquiring BTCs which then resulted for a massive price increase. Then later on dumping btc like it's a contagious disease so the demand decreases and then came the absurd statement from a well known person Jp Morgan CEO which then causes dor the deflation of btc value. Of course there are other reasons that affect btc price but mostly it is the supply and demand.

You have to start watching and analyzing crypto websites. You have to read all the news regarding to bitcoin and all other altcoins to check their behavior. In normal trading for example in a pair like EUR/USD I check it with the price correction. What is a price correction? It happens always when the price of this pair goes up a lot or down a lot, after such happening it is 100% sure we will see a price correction. For example if EUR/USD has gone from 1.20 to 1.15, it is almost certain that we will see price going up from 1.15 to 1.16 or something like that. Apply the same logic to bitcoin price prediction.

When it comes to predicting the price  value of bitcoin, this is very hard to do actually. None of the community in this industry are not capable to predict it precisely. Because the movement of the value was depend in the demand of the users and investors.

Bitcoin is quite different from other stocks merely seeing the graph moving up and down is never going to help you out. Instead stay in touch with latest news. Bitcoin is highly elastic to such news. If you become an early bird listening news you might be able to assess its increase or decrease.

To predict the limit of increasing or decreasing is not only difficult but also impossible cause No one able to control the Actual rate.

This is difficult. Nobody can truly say what will be the price in the future with certainty. However, I ran across in facebook that they offer seminar for people who want to learn trading. I forgot about who offers that service so I cannot redirect you to them. Since they offer seminar for trading, they might teach people how to read graphs and charts in order to predict efficiently.

If you are asking who controls the price, no one is the answer for that. The price depends on the supply and demand so not a single entity can control the price.

Fundamental is more powerful than technical analysis in bitcoin because even the news is just a rumor and not official yet, it will still affect the market and the price will go up crazy or go down hard. If you know how to analyze the news and make good decision for it then it is very easy for a person to predict the price of bitcoin if it is going up or down.

no one can predict it unless you have a time machine and travel on the future to see what will its price or you have a crystall ball and see what will happen 20years from now. bitcoin price is mostly  volatile and always fluctuate thats why its hard to predict its value  and also some factors could affect the price change like the banning of exchanges in china.

Most of this is based on news now because it does not affect the real world. I think if the news came true, it would probably have a lot of impact on the price of Bitcoin and altcoin. For me the news is the most important but we have to be careful the news is not true

It seems to me that it is impossible to predict the price movement if you are not a major investor - a whale. Such people are able to manage huge capitals, can buy news on TV, thereby lowering or increasing the coin rate. And to sit and wonder how much this or that coin will cost in 5 minutes or the next day, the minimum is not reasonable. I certainly agree that, no one control the increasing and decreasing of bitcoin price and we all know that no one can predict what will bw the price of bitcoin. In addition to that, I think the fluctaution of supply and demand of bitcoin is the main reason why bitcoin change its price.
