This project will be huge. The idea that a renewable energy producer can self-finance and scale his project by selling future energy upfront is just awesome, just by having that feature I'm pretty sure that a lot of energy producers will be happy to donate 0.9% of their energy to be in the platform. And there is another method in the platform for producers to self-finance their projects but i don't remember what it is about.

But just imagine the global implications of this project, by design it will accelerate/scale the infrastructure and increase the green energy supply. The dirty energy production will more and more be less attractive.

That 0.9% can be really profitable in 5-10 years for token holders.

AFAIK the concern was less about spammers than scammers - they were getting a lot of people impersonating staff and there was a risk of the channel simply being flooded with fake contribution addresses.

The tokens were unlocked for a short period while bountys and wings predictions were being finalised. During this time some transferred to ED. Tokens are now locked for transfer
 for two weeks so it is not recommended to buy on ED.

Thank you for your support! Yes the WPR token is ERC20 compatible while the energy tokens will be internal tokens.

Please feel free to read the update from Nick Martyniuk yesterday in regards to token distribution:

Dear Community, The team is finalizing the sale and preparing for later distribution of tokens for bounty campaign and Wings Prediction.During the time of preparations the contract for transfers was open for a while and was later closed. Some individuals transferred their tokens to ED which are now not transferable from there as the transfers of tokens are stopped for all WPR tokens. As we have previously announced, the tokens for transfers will be unlocked within 2 weeks. We will keep you all updated. The team is finalizing post sale activities, we are doing this as fast as possible to open up transfers.
