So many imitators, but with the same value (distributed airdrop, same smart contract code/ERC20 tokens)... So why chose eBTC more than others ?

i will just hold the coins in my wallet. i didnt lose anyway even if it goes 0.0001 dollars. all that matters to me is that i got it free and im not risking anything from it. i still have money to buy food anyways

Slowly please, no panic, a few days, bitcoin up, altcoins down, and EBTC too.. This is normal situation, be patient, don't sell, wait a little time.

As i said a couple of days ago just HODL your eBtc until it is pumped again despite the fact that currently, i sincerely believe that this token is nothing but a joke. Only a tool for pumpers and dumpers to have some gain until we see a clear whitepaper and road map. I am in no way making FUD for this token. I am a HODLER my self. Just trying to give an honest opinion on this token. May be useful for some.

Anyway, one thing that i really am grateful to came across to this token is that i learned to use etherdelta. It has a lot of drawbacks, true. But i must admit that etherdelta is one of those exchanges that generous enough to list new tokens in which, by any chance, may be gold in the middle of mud field. Check out HOWL token for instance. Max circulating supply of 64mil tokens. Active community and dev in the Ann thread and mini road map has been published. And as long as i know, HOWL dev has decided to airdropped the HOWL tokens instead of having the ICO way long before the eBtc dev did.

Worth only 0.000001 eth/howl several days ago and currently at 0.000007 eth/howl in etherdelta. And boy do i have to tell you that such jump in price was done without the HOWL token listed in the coinmarketcap yet!!

Go check it out yourself before we HOWL to the full moon!!

I believe it is!! I read in the Ann that the dev decided to airdropped the HOWL tokens instead of having the ICO due to their commitment for the long run. I sincerely believe that airdrop is somewhat a fair way to distribute a certain token or coin, just like eBTC. That way, the value of the tokens or coins would rest on the palm of the community and not some whale with huge capital buying all sorts of tokens through ICO.

Although it is unfortunate that eBTC has the coding issues which i believe to be the biggest factor of the dropped value.

Anyway, HOWL is worth to check!! Who knows that HOWL token may give you a nice gift to your loved ones on Christmas this year!! Fingers crossed!!

He is not the one who wrote this thread you can check the first pages it is mensioned, but dev is working really hard on this project i think something good will for sure come off.

If you have the private key just unlock the wallet on something like myetherwallet to access the funds.

It's a simple rc20 token made in 5 minutes on the knee by amateur. Even made a cardinal mistake in such a fundamental thing as code. Crap website made in several minuts also. The magic of name (btc), magic numbers (21) and description suggesting replacing Bitcoin caused this whole hype. Many people bought this fairy tale   I'm sure that if it were called RCB and total supply was for example 23 million, the price yet would be still a few cents. This is a simple joketoken made for fun Someone noticed in this desire to make a quick profit and made eLTC, eDash, eXRP

Mods need to ban the 1 post-newbie FUD accounts and delete their posts. They are only hurting the growth of the cryptocurrency community. Yes we all know the code had an error and the dev said the team is dilligently working on a fix.

People want every new coin to do something revolutionary. See this for what it is. BTC on erc20 blockchain. Lower fees, shorter wait for confirmations. That alone should be enough reason to invest in eBTC at such a low price once the code issue is resolved, which should be soon given the coin was just released a week ago. Im thinking token swap.

This reminds me of the guy who was on shark tank selling prepackaged glasses of wine(copa de vino). Its so simple, just nobody had thought of it. Every single shark invested in it and its a wild success. I bought a glass of it from a local convenience store.

I'm waiting for ebtc to get listed on some good exchange, all the exchanges it's listed on aren't much popular I'm hoping for it to be listed on bittrex or nova and then the price will go up higher than it's now. Are there any future plans, dev?

I'm not sure there's a whole lot that can be done right now. All altcoins are taking a beating right now while the Bitcoin Gold fork is on the horizon..
We might just simply have to wait till the market settles after 25th October to see any recovery..
