On the investors side the age limit will be 18 years. On the athletes side the limit will be 18 years as well - however, also underage athletes will be able to raise funds, while they will be required to submit perent's/legal guardian's consent.

How do you differ from Wagerr (WGR) ?

Hi, well, I am not fully familiar with Wagerr - however, as far as my quick review showed, Wagerr is a short term peer to peer betting platform. In fact it does not involve athletes, except that sports results are used for betting between two people (on the peer-to-peer basis). SportyFi is something completely different,  it will interconnect small investors (on crowdfunding principles)on one side with athletes on the other. It will offer investment opportunities to fans, sports enthusiasts and other small investors, while enabling the athletes (and clubs/sporst organizations) to collect the required funding.

So, we believe Wagerr is not even similar to SportyFi.

Exactly, anyone will be able to invest (the only limitation will be that the investor will have to be over 18 - proper KYC will be performed).

This is an adequate and understandable age restriction.
Are there restrictions on the minimum amount of investment?

Each athlete will be able to set its own investment goals and rules, i.e. also minimum investments. So, each athlete will be able to set minimum investment per person - while SportyFi believes setting such minimum investment per person might not be the best idea - after all, this will be a crowdfunding campaign and setting minimum investments per person might not be the best approach.

Hi, devs! I find that your project can be really helpful in professional sports. But I can't understand why your development fund (future incentives) is only 5%. Why is it that small?

The 5% of SPF Tokens, intended for future incentives is actually not a development fund in the sense that the 5% of SPF tokens will be used for development of the Platform. The development will be done with the ETH contributed during the SPF Token Crowdsale. If you check our WP you will see that the development fund is actually much higher.

Targeted utilization of the ETH contributed is actually as follows (for the contributed ETH up to USD 9 million):

25%    Platform Development and Deployment
40%   Marketing and Sales
20%   SportyFi's Operational Costs
5%   IT Security and Compliance
6%   Legal Costs
2%   Licensing & Regulation

How do you differ from Wagerr (WGR) ?

Well the diffrerence is really obvious, Wagerr which I believe comes from the word wager which means bet. You are betting whose athlete or player that are going to win in order to receive profits. More like a gamble thing.

Where SportyFi is a crowd source campaign which mission is to support athletes that has potential in the future but doesn't have enough financial capability to move further towards success.

It's more like a donation program (as per my understanding) w/ a mix of investment. Think of the athlete that you support like a STOCK/SHARES which will eventually grow or mature as he/she moves to the PRO ranks.

Not only you'll help athletes but you also receive rewards from your investment in return. It's a win-win situation in a long-term standpoint.
