What encourages you to invest in any altcoin?

The thing that encourages me to invest in altcoins the most is that there is still the potential and the possibility for me to make up to 1000 - 1500 percent profit from investing in altcoins and maybe even more depending on how well the altcoin does in the market. I read first the whitepaper then look for the management team if they are trustworthy. Last thing I look for is vision of project developer it is more on personal judgement but it is important because We all know there's a change that the project will not materialize.
