circulating supply of tokens:
total 202,5 mil SPHTX tokens

150 mil TGE/ICO
52,5 mil team tokens not locked

NOT included in circulating supply and market cap calculation:
122,5 mil tokens locked for 12 months
25 mil reserved for next ICO/TGE

150 mil reserved for mining on main net

for those highly interested in exchanges, we are waiting for EXX to integrate - it should have been done already however holidays seems to be slowing things down.
Currently on Qryptos and ED

on bigger/other exchanges, we are in discussions :
- top 10 exchange - global
- top 20 global
- top 10 in asia/china

having said that the process is very slow (likely holidays), we appreciate your support and patience.

we will integrate with more once these are cleared.

Yes, ico finished and we can check it on coinmarket. Also, it can be obtained from exchanges now.

They make near 3x with unlisted etherdelta and very bad exchange called qryptos.

If they paid some bounties they probably get more money but investors won't be this happy

They were set up pretty well from the very start and they also had a decent community that already knew about this project and understood its intentions. Great achievement and that's a good amount of money to work with.

Well if they have this large community already then it will be good and advanrageous to the community if they will list it on a bigger and better exchange than just sticking to a small exchange.

As a starting point, SophiaTX is based on the DECENT design and protocol. DECENT is a great starting point for building enterprise-grade blockchain we need to develop further features and capabilities to make it business suitable/compliant.  Subsequently, all features required and suitable for business
applications will be developed as per the roadmap.

According to the road map, the testnet will be online on Q1 2018 right? Then there are chance to be delegates just like the decent, if I want to be a delegate, I should have bought many coins to have enough weight to be active or exchange votes with others.

"sticking to a small exchange" sounds like they would do that on purpose. The fees days are crazy to get listed and I think they are just  trying to come up with the best possible way of using the funds they have available. I know bigger exchanges are always great for short-term traders, but long-term investors have a different view on trading. So, yeah, there might be a conflict of interest between those two groups. But I can understand the the team here to not push too much for bigger exchanges, particularly when it would cost them hundreds of thousands of dollars to get listed.

I am cheering for Binance. That would be really great! But I guess it is Bittrex for obvious reasons (for those who don't know, DCT is traded in Bittrex, so they already have a channel of communication with them)

They will make their own blockchain at some point and will go dpos mining system.

Before blockchain is ready they made an ethereum token and make 350m because 150m will get from dpos mining and it will be done after the swap.

Also isn't the price now under the ICO?

with today Ether price first day comes to approximately 44 cent and last days to approximately 64 cents.

First round starts with 0.0006+ eth and last round, the fifth, ends with 0.0009+ eth.

Also if you take a look to page 117, admin sophia, posted 1 ETH = x SPHTX .. with that provided info, I also come to the prices I mentioned in my previous comment, with todays Ether price.

Ether on december the 5th (First round ICO) was 407 dollars..it almost doubled now. Take this in your calculation.
So it should be under 1st round ICO price.

If you bought 1 you get 3. So for 0.0006 eth you got 3 tokens instead of 1. You should pay more attention.

Canceled my buy order, because if so than the price is to high right now. I don't see any reason to pay this much for it now though.
