it's quite a difference between soft and hard cap.

I think its a good thing,that means team doesnt need a lot to keep project going on,so no danger of some kind of setback that would happen if no soft cap reached.

It doesnt have to be YouTube necessarily,but thats still best way to spread videos,it gives highest exposure.Im glad that TriForce went into that partnership with Viuly,and i support them both,but its not wise to ignore YouTube.Atleast not yet.
