Sometimes I found them on this forum by browsing the ann section and I also often look at coin gecko because they have a good list of ongoing, upcoming ico and the hype around them including the number of people in telegram group, view, Twitter etc so it's a good website to monitor hype around the ico.

If you are asking which or what sites I am consulting for when I am looking for a great ICO i am first consulting this forum because I do believe that everything is in here and everything in indicated here most especially and specifically when it comes to crypto related activities.
