There are many ICO ratings sites, but I do not trust completely. I use them, of course, but I also do some research myself. It is impossible to find out which ICO is good and which is not, in just 5 or even 50 minutes. The basis of investing is patience.

Well fining an interesting ICO can be so tasking so for me the way I choose my bounty is that I follow some prominent investors in crypto space, I follow them, listens to them and know the direction they are going on a particular coin.

I usually get the new ICO information on the telegram channels then I go to bitcointalk to find the read information about them in the ANN thread. Join more channels telegram, facebook, twitter to update more information about the project.

Usually i search it on this forum (the announcement section) and twitter. If i find something interesting then i will do a further research about the  project itself. I don't like looking at ico review site because most of the time you can pay for better rating or review.

You have to have a comparison. Do not just focus on a single source. If you really want to come up with the best and the most interesting ICOs you need to go through most of the available resources. We have ICO review and rating sites where you can find out how they are being assessed and graded by the experts in the market. Compare them and you will come up with the consistent ones. Bring your research to their websites as well and to their ANN threads here.

I see an interesting ICO here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0
The name of the ICO was XYO-Decentralized Crypto-Location Oracle Network.
This is the hottest new coin based on coinmarket. You can check it out when you try to search in the google "coinmarketcap".

This forum is really blessing you globally connected here and find every latest news and solution of any problem. Bitcointalk is a platform where you find immediate information about ICO and upcoming coins going to launch.Social media is also good medium to find ICO but majority ICO news shared on Bitcointalk.

Got my account back! It was hacked. Sorry about it :|

I'm reading this forum and my attention is drawn to ICO projects with a large number of pages. This shows how actively this project is being discussed. Also I'm looking for information about the required project in Google.

I mostly see the new ICOs from the ads that usually are in the forum ad, website ad, articles, retweets, ico-alerts website which lists the new ICO and some of them review them, and if the review is good it motivates me to invest? no, it motivates me to start reading and researching about that project, checking their whitepaper, roadmap, what are the team members behind the project, what experience do they have and are they trusted if they are known for the public. Some people may hate the signatures in the forum but to be honest it helps spreading the word of a project and I do click in signatures if I see something interesting.

of course you should already understand and learn what ICO is, from that all you can see more and more ico tapped other media like telegram, slack and twitters. This is amazing because telegram and slack is a place where curious people can ask more questions and active developers can help dispel doubts. On the other hand, this is also a good indicator to see how the project hype.

This bitcointalk forum is the best place to see new token sales. Projects are opening their ann threads and we can display them in the forum. They somehow reach us, we don't have to chase them as a result, which is good for all of us.

This protocol allows to reward users for event promotions and will create a more efficient and inexpensive event marketing model.
so the event organizer will not use the services o the platform.

I found a good ICO, from most of the bounty I follow, I always look at the web and their ICO developments. Because of the ENLTE prizes I'm following, they have a good ICO.

Like everyone else, Telegram is the go-to place for these ICOs. Only that it's not filtered so you will get everything from scam ones to the legits.
