I'm not 100% clear on what you're trying to ask but I'll try to awnser anyway.

The Windows QT wallet: We're working on it and I haven't spoken to the dev today yet but last time he gave me a status update he told me it would be released within 2 weeks.

The Windows Electrum wallet: Electrum works on servers. Our servers currently suck as we didn't premine and so don't have that much funding. The coins will still be yours but it could get scary and look like you lost your funds, this will however not be the case, your coins are still on the chain, you just can't see them in your wallet, but they're there.

If you didn't still need some more information don't be afraid to ask.

Things do still work then, thats positive as the only thing holding this back from rising or attracting new miners is the broken windows wallet.
Miners can mine to there Stocks.exchange wallet, shows up pretty fast, be carefull of Tradesatoshi though as i deposited funds over 10 hours ago and no show yet.
