Can someone please point me or write steps how to start mining XSH ? (which miner tool, config etc) I can see wallets on the website so i'll try QT. But not sure how to actually mine it....

I had 700+k XSH in wallet 2.2.4, now installed wallet ver 3, imported private key, original address is present in new wallet, but balance is only ~ 4.85 XSH, which I mined yesterday. I had not checked web  Block explorer before, but when I check now, it show only 4.859813 XSH .
I dont care much about those worthless coins, but want to understand how this is possible?

check if you imported all your private keys from electrum addresses where coins is located

We don't know the exact number yet but are thinking about 500k at this moment. It really does depend on the price when we implement, and some other factors that we may not yet have considered.
