What do you think about the legalization of ico? I believe that in the near future 1-2 years will be fully legal, but with a large deductible
Good question.
@blogerator What about investors from USA and Singapure? Can they participate in ICO or, as in most projects, investments from these jurisdictions are not accepted?

Correct, investors will be able to launch legitimate ICO projects at least in the US and EU and let’s leave Singapore question open for now. We look forward to ICO legislation in China, we hope to get to the market of China before our ICO starts.

Where is your team from?

We are registered in the US and Switzerland. All our developers are physically located in our Moscow office although legally they are staff of a foreign entity.

In China want to ban ico. As mining ban. Don't understand why they can't legalize it and impose a tax. A lot of money in the coffers of the country

Russia legalizes the use of cryptocurrency. The government confirmed that the adopted last week, the bill will become the legal basis for trading in bitcoin and other digital currencies. Why the government made such a sharp turn in this matter, given that a year ago, Russian authorities claimed that anyone who trades in bitcoin, faces a real term?

Because it gained great popularity. And the state wants to participate in everything, and especially to obtain more money on the full liability

China is evil, crypto - is anarchy and freedom.

China is its central government. The people are nothing. Satan is the god of central government. But in crypto we trust!

In WP on chapter 8 Terms and conditions you can find this information: "In case our project falls under the regulation risk, our platform will be redisigned as an IPO platform". So the project focused first on the United States.
Intresting info.
I want to ask - why the EP is laid out without the possibility of selecting and copying the text? It is very inconvenient in such an option to conduct a discussion. Or maybe it's just my editor does not allow me to do this?

I have just checked and as far as I understand the issue is about your editor program.

I hope this transition will not take place in the coming years. Since this is not just a change of the system but a complete replacement of the system. This concept suits me perfectly and I would like to look at its implementation.

Yes, this is absolutely serious. We have every opportunity and competency to hold IPO when it is needed. But we hope regular ICO will help the project succeed.

It is very professional and nice to see some project is working on creating awareness and community based on consensus before taking start. I just read in big lines which arose interest in me about the project. I am going to read more in english whatever information will be available here and there.

You say that expert's recommendations could lead to the potential receipt of shares in an ICO. But who judges whether a recommendation is a valuable contribution or not? And when it's decided that it is valuable, then how valuable is it? Is that up to the teams running the ICOs or is there another independent jury? How will that work out?

We are building a system for cumulative assessment of input from each particular expert:

it will be a combination of platform administrators votes, ICO team votes as well as votes of the colleague-experts. Artificial intelligence (AI) is going to contribute here as well. AI is to monitor dynamics of experts’ effectiveness, for example, adding scores for posting regularly or for posting a series of really hot words of advice, etc.

You are a bout to build a very complex system and I am sure it is quite a hard nut to crack to get everything working properly and reliably. If you can do it, that'd be a great system to have!
