when will legalization bitcoin? why this does not happen? are there any countries that have legalized bitcoin?
or already somehow now it is possible to legalize the income received from Bitcoin?
Currently the popularity and influence of Bitcoin to the world is not high, so we need to wait when it becomes trending of the whole world, then it is possible Bitcoin will be legal. Governments and central banks will accept it and choose it as a legal form of payment.
There are countries that bitcoin & other cryptocurrency are already legal. Review this list for your reference https://www.investopedia.com/articles/forex/041515/countries-where-bitcoin-legal-illegal.asp .
This will help you to know the them if your travelling across the globe and you want to use you crypto.

Due to the lack of understanding of cryptocurrencies, some countries directly imposed bans on Bitcoin transactions.

BITCOIN is legally used in some other countries, we can see there were some that accepted by great companies and with influence with the public but in terms of legalizing the income that we received from bitcoin I guess it is another topic because for sure once it is legalize the  taxes or Vat comes along with it which is a reay big burden to use for sure because aside from the fees we put in blockchain then here comes the government collecting and eliminating some coins as to taxes. So I hope if this will.be so, I hope better not legalize it.

In my opinion it may take a lot of consideration to legalize a bitcoin system because it needs to be re-examined for the technology in use, because it requires a long process also to hone a bitcoin. if there is any distortion what about the level of security and also how with the supervision. So need special attention to make bitcoin. Some may be ready to accept the existence of bitcoin as their means of exchange and some will deny the existence of bitcoin with its system. So that's in my opinion, thank you.

It will be a long and hard way to legalize Bitcoin. Since there are a lot of uneducated people who don't want to learn how good this technology is - they will try to fight against the legalization.

The Russian government wants to take control of the exchange of crypto currency in excess of 600 thousand rubles
The government has prepared an opinion on the bill "On Digital Financial Assets". The executive power supported the document, but believes that it needs to be finalized for the second reading. In particular, according to several departments, it is necessary to introduce control over the turnover of digital currencies, and regulate taxation.

As the "Izvestia" wrote one of the main claims of the Russian government is the lack of standards that comply with anti-money laundering. In particular, the executive wants to introduce mandatory monitoring of exchange cryptocurrency in fiatnuyu operations if the amount exceeds 600 thousand rubles (or the equivalent in foreign currency).

In the past year, cryptocurrencies have thundered all over the world and have attracted attention of governments of different countries. Now, as we see, legalization of bitcoin is one of the most popular issues. Even at the G20 Summit, this topic was given a lot of attention. I think that this whole year we will observe how the authorities will gradually accept blockchain technologies

Bitcoin is legalized in Japan. Many states are afraid to legalize Bitcoin, because this will damage their financial system of the country. In general, now is a very interesting time. Soon there will be a collapse of the dollar and the era of cryptocurrency.

Where is it illegal and what do you call legalization? Have you made transaction and got arrested for this? No. Do banks which are certified by National Bank offer you bitcoin exchange service? Yes. So what do you want? No one tells you to don't do bitcoin transaction, you are free.
Also when you say bitcoin is illegal it's not correct because I guess other altcoins will be in same situation so you have to use word Cryptocurrency.

Yes bitcoin is still not as such popular throughout the  world but still i think that its popularity is not increasing, because people are advertising bitcoin on social media too much, and now even in backward countries people are now getting knowledge about bitcoin. Hope that very soon bitcoin will be the most popular currency of the world

As far as I know, Japan is the first country to accept legalization of bitcoins as a currency / property that is allowed to trade and bear the taxes imposed on the crypto market. India, Russia also to open the possibility will accept bitcoin in the near future. With their recent moves. Recognizing bitcoin as a legitimate currency is not far off.

If that happens, the future of bitcoin and crypto can be guaranteed, but the reaction and balance of bitcoin fluctuations will certainly be adjusted. That's what I hardly expected.

I think Japan has received bitcoin as a legitimate payment option. Even in the Philippines too. In India, the government plans to legalize it in the process. They also have plans to include it in the goods and services section. In the near future, I hope most countries will legalize it, as it is getting more popular by the day.
