Nobody can tell how long Bitcoin will survive, but I am sure this is not forever, and when it will come down it will be a quite noisy event. But cryptos won't go away, I guess. It is already a too complex echosystem and it will thrive.

Actually this question is difficult to answer, because it requires analysis and research. But I try to answer according to feeling alone, about bitcoin can only last about 20 more years. The reason is that currently bitcoin has many competitors who on average have the potential to overthrow the dominance of bitcoin.
To avoid this, we can take steps to invest in other coins.

I don't know how long will bitcoin survive but l have an idea that it will last. Maybe many bitcoiners will protest that bitcoin will not be dead. In our place they are worried about bitcoin goodbye because bitcoin really helps our life to live. We get here an income, profit and we earn a lot. Its really inspiring to have bitcoin. It's really our hope to look forward for a better future and a secured income. Bitcoin will survive maybe upon the supporters if bitcoin. I do hope and pray that bitcoin last long.

The internet survive the test of time because it is a solution to the problem of people so is Bitcoin. Bitcoin is a solution to some challenges. Forex survive too, then Bitcoin cannot die because its a solution to some financial issues like timing, conveniences, less charges and so on.

as long as the hackers do not advance, the bitcoin will be alive, but because of the tremendous price of bitcoin, I fear that it will not last long, but now it is becoming more and more protected bitcoin, so it is safer and lasts for 5 years and I'm not sure for sure

I thunk bitcoin will survive for a long time because many people are within it nowadays. People invest oe trade here so that it is their way to earn a lot. Many business people are here because of its price that can make them rich. It will survive I think within hundred years because it really helpful in individual that can help them a lot.

If people are still believing in the concept of bitcoin and the technology behind it, then it will still last until all people who spent their time on it just stop believing in it. People, I've studied financial bubbles for over 4 years and I can tell you one thing – cryptocurrencies are just another financial bubble. They are overpriced badly already and I know, that all people, who are bearish towards crypto say this over and over, so let me try to explain. There are many arguments that support my claim, but the strongest one is the self-destroying system that lays in the roots of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. People buy crypto and then wait before it's price grows and then sell, they don't actually use bitcoin. The major market of bitcoin is the dark net or the illegal markets around the world, which is a pretty unreliable support for a currency. The only reason for growth of crypto's prices is that medias started talking about it and tons of "hamsters", or in other words - noobs, jump in and wait for thousands to fall in their hands, but at the end they will sell anyway. The things we don't know are: how many more hamsters are willing to get rich by holding crypto and how long are they ready to hold it. This bubble might burst in a month or in two years – I have no idea, but I am 97% sure that at the end it will collapse and all those projects that are based on crypto and crypto-gamblers will die, just like this happened in some cases of financial bubbles. I am a professional economist and I'm not saying that crypto is a new type of "ponzi" (as hamsters say, having no idea what a financial pyramid actually is), but I am saying that it has not such grate future as some of you might imagine.

Yes, i agree with the idea of mate that no one know exactly about the future of bitcoin. But yea according to my knowledge a product in market will survive only when there is a customers of it and the customers of bitcoin is very large in number and still increasing so due to which life of bitcoin is also increasing. And we hope that it will live in market forever because there is possibility of accepting BTC as world currency.

Bitcoin will be there till existence of human beings. However, there can be minor changes or you can say improvements in usage, and selling & buying in the future. People are trusting in it if we see the historical positive trends /records. Its not going to be bankrupted as it is digital currency. I hope that people will start more investment in bitcoin in the days to come as it is obviously profitable.

Bitcoins are not dying and never would it be. There will be a long time life for these bitcoins. No one knows for sure but it is a protocol first and the money part just happens to be the first app written over it. Think of it like the Netscape browser written for (predominantly) HTTP. It was good at its time, but then other browsers took the mantle and Netscape was dethroned. The same analogy could apply to bitcoins. It could be dethroned and for all we know Dogecoin or  Litecoin could prevail.

survived deepest digs?! It is supposed to be fragile as hell and such "deep digs" as you said is not the thing investors need to fear. Currently, majority of bull players are looking mostly at the future perspectives and are ready for such price drops. The thing that will kill them all is that in the future, Bitcoin won't become anything more than an asset for speculation or will turn into something similar to existing currencies and there are tons of reasons for that.
