when the world war 3 breaks out and the internet turned off, Bitcoin would have a very low value or even die.
because of decreasing in user will result in less demand.
as long as people use Bitcoin then Bitcoin will still be alive, long live Bitcoin!
World war 3? This is a joke, the 3rd world war is happening now, but with other tools, I do not believe there will be such war as you imagine, some countries' governments should have learnt from the past lessons. |

I believe Bitcoin will survive more than our generation will live. day by day Bitcoin is becoming a powerful currency in the virtual world, people are getting connected with this system more and more, a couple of countries already have approved it as a legal money so Bitcoin has made a tremendous effect on the virtual market. that is why I believe that Bitcoin will last for a long time.
Yeah, bitcoin is becoming popular and getting more support from investors everyday, and it's just in the early stages of development, so I have reason to believe that it will exist for a very long time until it stopped growing, people give up it and seek a better investment. However, I think want this to happen, we will wait for many more years, and I fear that we will die before that time happens, and really, I feel that bitcoins exist for 10 years or 100 years or permanently is not important, the important thing is the value that it can achieve and the profit it can bring to us, do not think too much about a future that we can not know, focus on the present, accumulate Bitcoin is better |

Bitcoin will survive easily for next 10 years, Most of the people have no idea about bitcoins in most of the countries but still the value of Bitcoin keeps increasing so just imagine if everyone gets know about bitcoin business transactions will increase which will make Bitcoins value increase. TBH I feel like there is no end for Bitcoin.

As long as Internet remains bitcoin will remain in existence. Just like fiat currency that has been in the existence for several decay so also will bitcoin remain in as much as the internet remain in existence. The market value of bitcoin may depreciate but that will not stop its existence from people not to make use of it. Even fiat currency experience the same challenges of devaluation on several occasion and that has stop its existence. |

I would argue that Bitcoin will outlast paper money because of the increased human needs and Bitcoin can meet that need. Besides, we can not predict the future while it has not happened yet.

But if everything remains stable, the price will keep on going up. The total coin supply is limited, but the demand for bitcoin will keep on increasing day by day as new investors starts to join causing the price to go up. Just simple economics.

Bitcoin price still could be fall but the probability is very very small. We are love to use smartphone and do virtual activity such as buy goods from online shop. Bitcoin is very appropriated for us, so I think people will use bitcoin when a lot of merchants accept it as payment option. I think the features of bitcoin such as limitation of maximum amount and halving makes bitcoin survive. |

Who knows, it maybe tomorrow or whenever the people gets into it and leave bitcoin at all, but I am in positive thinking that bitcoin will gonnaw grow and will survive forever because of the increasing volume of users here. and of course you cannot deny the increasing price of bitcoins also. |

I think bitcoin will survive for long time. Although it has many ups and down, bitcoin still there surviving. I don't think so that bitcoins' value would go back on its original value if ever it happens all altcoins would die too. |

I think, no one can determine how long exactly Bitcoin will exist. There are lots of possible thing that may happen. I think the only way that will make Bitcoin down for a long period of time is if there'll be another coin that will be better than Bitcoin in all aspects. It will affect Bitcoin negatively since it is possible that the demand it is getting from the market might be moved to that certain coin, making its value to fall. Also its users might move to that coin if and only if, a coin such that, will exist. |

Based on the trending and popularity of bitcoin i think it can last for 30-50 years it depends also to the people who invested in bitcoin. The only thing that it can make it bankrupt or no value if the holders would massive dump the coins and never invested on it. |

Of course that also came to mind. And I think the answer will always depend on us. How long can we make btc survive and how long are we gonna keep on supporting it. That is the answer. For as long as there are people like us who will always be loyal and support btc the chances of it surviving and thriving is great. There's no way btc investors/hodlers will cease investing in it because it just keeps on giving us good profit that's why people are confident with btc. |

It's hard to predict but base on what I had seen, bitcoin will survive as long as people investors, dealers, etc. are not tired of holding or using bitcoin. Bitcoin today is so popular specially on social network so I guess everyone here in this forum still believe that bitcoin will last for more years. As long as many people believe in it, as long as people worked hard on it, then I should think it will last long. |

The only thing that it can make it bankrupt or no value if the holders would massive dump the coins and never invested on it. And it is just starting to get the eye of the people. Up until now many of them dont know it or still prefers the traditional type which is plain cash. I dont blame them. You cant use bitcoin outside. It is just an asset now. You will have to go to Japan to maximize the usage. |

I would say that Bitcoin will survive until there is a strong community behind it to support it actively and of course a team of flexible core developers to keep software up to date to deal with the real-time issues.
To be honest, I don't see any external threat for the Bitcoin that could destroy this network. Governments are supporting Bitcoin on legal grounds as far as it is being used for legal activities. Alt-coins might succeed in the long run but there won't be any issue when it comes to the survival of the Bitcoin.
