Still believe in ICO ?

Yes i believe in ICO because many project that running ICO has working product and given advantages to the their community, and  actually to get good profit from ICO we should be patient because sometimes the price of token below ICO price when listing on the market but with wait patiently the price actually can go higher and finally give nice profit.

I still do. It's just that the number of ICOs are growing. And part of the result of this is that the ICO investors have so many choices to choose from, thereby ending in some ICOs having small amounts raised. Of course the other factors should also be considered just like the fact that the number of scams are also raising exponentially. This is unfortunate. It somehow paints the entire ICO with a negative image.

of course i believe in ICOs and I never stopped to believe in them, but only in good ICOs with good and promising idea, which can find its application, with a good team that work hard and directs all its efforts for the development of the project...

The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically.  Just wanna know about successful ICO's in the fourth quarter of 2017 and if anybody still believes in  ICO's.

The number of upcoming ICOs are forcing them to be more competative, inovative and determined to produce a successfull product. Moreover the increasing number is also forcing them to place more and more updates and features to their existing product.

I believe that it must done something with ICO now otherwise they will die, there is to many scums in ICO nowadays. Normal ICO cant make money because of all this fraud. And this kills all ICO if nothing will be done in the nearest future.

I make ICO as the biggest my income, the first thing we have to do is make sure that ICO is not a scam because I got scam for sometimes so it makes me not easy to invest on ICO.

I still believe in ICO's that are introduced every week here even there's a possibilities that they are scam but I learned to do the best way to make my coins grow in participating in that ICO's and I think if everyone just joined a better ICO's they will learned from it that they will lead their self to believed it.

Of course the reputation of ICO projects was undermined by whole decreasing of cryptomarket. But I still believe that some projects would be profitable. I am going to participate in some in a near future.

I also believe in ICO.  I just invest the amount that I'm not afraid to lose.  In addition, I see some projects that really need to develop, they have a cool product.  I would like very much to make scammers smaller, but for this, investors should be more careful about the choice of projects.

There are more and more many scam projects because they see that it's easy to mobilize money via ICO, but i think we can quite detect scam project or scam ICO if we have sufficient knowledge. Therefore, the first you need to learn "How to choose a good ICO" and i saw many thread are guide this in this forum.
In 2017, ICOs had bring a lot of profit for investor who invest in them and i think in 2018, ICOs is still the best way to get profit. Important is you have sufficient knowledge and patience to succeed or not.

definitely, unfortunately due to the lack of regulations, some promising ICOs are doomed to fail because of the skepticism surrounding ICOs these days.
