Still believe in ICO ?

Yeah, well it happens mostly to uncapped ones and unrealistically capped ones (anything above $20M, I'd say...)
There are great ICOs which will bring a lot of profit, maybe not on the day 1, but they will.

An Initial Coin Offering (ICO) should be still believed by the world. The market could not make it's way better to make investors or potential investors be interested or attracted on it without it. It is easy to advance in your profit plus the risk will be limit if you make ICO have it's way on you. You just need be also careful on choosing one because there are others who scams it. Nonetheless, go and still on the belief system of ICO.

Yes i still believe in ico's even there are lot of ico scams and some shady ico's to scam people out there even and my trust in ico is going less and less because of bullshit ico out there , i hope there will be good incoming project in the future the interesting ones and even ethereum started a crowdsale back in 2014

I know one projects that have successful pre-ico in 2017, and already have a demo version of product. Confideal, their ICO should start in 2 of November, I am in.

I also believe in this contract platform and honestly, Confideal is the only ICO that I am trusting at the present. I have not heard any rumor about it and seen many good reviews related to this. Many investors are willing to go for this ICO and I think it will definitely benefit them. One thing is for sure that it is not a scam stuff and has supporters also so why not giving it a try.

2017 is the year of ICOs and 2018 is the year of product release of those ICOs. We will also see a significant decrease of ICOs next year because i believe that many governments will regulate ICOs next year if the promises of this year's ICOs are not fulfilled

If you still interesting in this topic I can give u receipt of successes. Find projects that you can properly understand and be sure that ppl need it, and invest in. For example, read one article and author said  that smart contract for person and small business is a very needed projects. And i find one, that should start in November, I also check it for scam, and imho it isn't. You can google it, but I recommend to join their telegram chat Confideal - @confidealioeng.
BUT you need always check projects for scam, you can find here or in google so many indicators for good and bad projects

I believe in ICO, we just need regulators in the cryptocurrency world, to see to directing the affairs of ICO  and ensure that  scammers and unserious team are not allow to develop a project.
ICO cryptocurrency regulators is the way out to have sanity in the system.

I think there is still no need to not believe an ICO which has a real-use token, great team, some proof of work already done and are transparent in their effort.
It is just like trusting your talented second cousin to make it when you lend him some money to start his own business.He may or may not make it, but your decision would still be right.

Yes dear you are right "the number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically" it's true.There are many ICOs are scam. because all ICOs are not legitimate on this platform. same as many ICOs are legitimate on this platform
So i still believes in ICO's, such as kick, AVT, Trueflip ICO etc it was so successful ICO. and i hope it will good future.

Nowadays the only ICOs you can trust is from known people. Because everyone is launching and ICO this days and most of them are not legit. So look closely for scams.

Still believe but it is already less profitable for flipping than just a month ago and will be even worse, though probably great for holding if you choose wisely where to invest.
