Yes i still believe in ICO, but it depends on what ICO, some ICOs come with great idea or project and have good and solid team + choose good bounty manager, and they really do have right vision and mission to develop their team and project become success.
But some ICO just show up and scam the people to get huge profit, the devs pump their coins and gone, just like a shittycoins. need to be careful in choosing an ICO to be participated in.

The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically.  Just wanna know about successful ICO's in the fourth quarter of 2017 and if anybody still believes in  ICO's.

I don't think the number of ICOs are decreasing but instead the number of successful ICOs is decreasing. There are some ICOs that are successful still take a look at what Power Ledger did in November they made 10x gains in satoshi value which is huge. However I will say that ICOs are generally a scam and I avoid them like the plague now. Try getting involved in coins that have an organic growth approach instead. I know when I got involved in DeepOnion it was a decision I would never regret and my time there has paid off huge. Take a look into DeepOnion I believe it is the next big privacy coin to take a bit of the market share.

Anyway I keep believing in promising token sale campaigns. There is no need to make a generalization and blame them all. They're all the parts of the ecosystem and they make the ecosystem even stronger.

Yes I still believe in ICO's, though you do have to wade through a lot of muck to find the real gems. It has been hard to find decent ones recently but I think that is just because many have decided not to run a campaign during Christmas and are waiting till the New Year to launch.

too many member from ICO does expect from ICO but too many ICO being scammed and some are being shit coin.

We only survive because of ICO even it has a less of chance now to be success cause of too many coins.

I believe to some ICO and i can sure that some of new coins will be successfull soon or be better than other coin.

Of couse, I am making a thousand return in investing ICO.
Some of these is stratis. Chainlink, Tenx, NEO. They are very sucesful in term of yearly return.

I still believe in ICO's and also like to invest in the ones that are legit and promising, but I think that there must be some changes to the space. For example I dislike that people start raising funds for mere ideas. If you want to do this, do it on a very small scale, nobody needs xx(x) millions to build a MVP.

I have become way more careful when doing my research on ICO's, I think this is the key, you have to do a lot of proper research and also ask the inconvenient questions, if you are then having a good overall feeling about an ICO you can invest.

ICO can't accept ETH just because one primitive game based on Ethereum blockchain.
Ethereum was created as a supercomputer for distributed applications.
Oop, surprise, in fact, Ethereum blockchain can't handle the only one DAP. Only one game brought down the network.

Scammers create false campaign and stole the money, the easy an easy gate to stole people's money and they don't regret and create more complex scams, is just amazing the way they'r making it.

Of course i trust the projects ico with institutional support behind. Try to invest professional projects. I believe that others very speculative. And be patient when you invest. Wealth is not achieved in a short time.

for now i'm little bit doubt when invest in ICO, need to be aware again, moreover there so many ICO project with potentially scam, when i get doubt to join them, i prefer to hold my BTC and better do trading eventhough get small profit but daily gain. i only advice keep aware with the ICO now, you need to analyze the team, whitepaper etc. in order that avoid of getting scam.

you should not hesitate with ICO if you are more precise and more careful in choosing ICO, not all ICO have potential scam there is also ICO which has very good potential and give big advantage.

No. I think it's better to wait until it hit exchanges and let it determine the real price because it always tanked down every time it does. ICO can make their prices but traders will still decide on that in the end.

There are project who committed 1000 BTC to their ICO phase, this is 650,000$, that they Might flee for. All ICO's are posible scam it depends on the developer.If the developer doesn't really have budget for their project they will just wait for the investors to deposit and buy their ico coins.If only few investors put money to them theres a big chance to become scam for the reason that they dont have budget for developing their project.So the best advice is reasearch and check the community of the ico that you want to invest and never forget the golden rule in crypto investing "INVEST ONLY THE MONEY THAT YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE".

yes! i believe, it doesn't matter if so many ICO's nowadays are scam/fake, as long as there's a good and promising ICO in crypto i still have faith in it. Just choose the right one and make more research first, before you participated & investing in the ICO project.

I do believe that ICO is still good especially now that AML/KYC are being implemented and this is such a good step ahead again, I saw many ICO now that are successful and even sold out in the market in just minutes or hours , this shows that ICO and altcoins are still welcome in the market
