The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically.  Just wanna know about successful ICO's in the fourth quarter of 2017 and if anybody still believes in  ICO's.

  I'm a person who still believe ico, not all tokens ico its price fall, just look at bluzelle, token ico it its price go up, in my opinion, project and team is what determines token ico nice

I still trust ICO. We can choose a good ICO depending on how we judge the ICO. Many ICOs appear but not all ICOs will work. Many of them offer great rewards, but do not keep their promises.

ICO is very interesting, but with the development of Cryptocurrency then add also ICO.

I still believe in ICOs. But at the same time, I also believe that ICOs should somehow be regulated so that it will be cleansed of the huge number of scams that are on the list. The problem with the ICO market is that is is absolutely free for all. Everyone can easily create their own ICO. All they have to do is to create a whitepaper, a website, a token, talk about it in gatherings, and they may already raise funds.
