Can Bitcoin Ever Be Shutdown?

If there is no electricity and internet connection we cennot use bitcoin and we cannot do bitcoin transaction but it cannot totally shut it down, maybe if the government has a restriction for using or totally ban the bitcoin in your country or maybe if somebody will hacked all the data and force it to shut down but  because of its secured system i think it wont happen.

Anything and everything is possible especially in the unpredictable cryptocurrency . On Normal circumstances BTC can not be shut down because its not subject to anyone's or institutional control, making it free. But again when and if the governments decide against it and ban its operation world wide then BTC will cease to operate hence fade off

of course not, the bitcoin moves and drives from the enthusiast and from minining that is available at various points that makes the bitcoin biting never stops, that's the bitcoin advantage that can not be controlled anyone can never even die.

What can shut down bitcoin, completely is, power outages and no internet access, because bitcoin just works with electricity and internet, as long as there is internet access and electricity, bitcoin will not end.

I believe it's entirely unimaginable. Bitcoin is a Decentralized cash and nobody is controlling it, so potentially bitcoin will never close down. In any case, one probability is that bitcoin will never again be in presence if the web is ceased, which I believe is outlandish. Blockchain is the future innovation and bitcoin is it's best, so have confidence in the innovation, u ll not lament.

For now I don't see it being probably shutdown for whatever reason. For as long as bitcoin did not violate any legal issues within a country it will never be banned or stopped. Also note that other nations are now trying to accept bitcoins so the possibility of getting banned or stopped is no more than just any FUD. This ideas should not be given more weight.

Bitcoin will be shutdown, or we do not have to scrub them. Because the Creator says everything will be destroyed. Plan on how to improve it. Because if we can improve or strengthen the blockchain technology then we will have major changes. Because many people using blockchain technology are millionaires.  So, we have to work hard to keep our technology in line with patience. But the progress of Bitcoin shows that it will not be shutdown in the near future.

No it cant be shut down for whatever reason there is. First of all because it has no illegal issues and Bitcoin is not violating laws under any circumstances. Some country may banned it but it cant be shutdown literally.

Well, no electricity, and no internet connection would kill BTC for sure! You wouldn't be able to make any transactions without these.
Other issue can be all the countries in the world ban BTC, but this will not restrict it's circulation, as no internet connection do!
therefore, no need to think of such a shut down. It's time for us to think about the further development, because its clear that the blockchain technology is gonna make a big change in all sectors when implemented. As a beginning, at present there are several firms that have started to use the blockchain technology.

Probably an immensely powerful computer virus that's able to hack any computer participating in the blockchain which is probably more than a million and counting. Bitcoins essentially needs the blockchain to survive so without the blockchain, bitcoins might quite possibly be shutdown.

The main thing in bitcoin is the internet and electricity network, because without it we can not make transactions or anything else. The average person has also realized if a time of this world without internet or electricity in a moment bitcoin will be dead or shut down. But hopefully we can find options and other solutions so that bitcoin still no matter what condition.

Restricting Internet access for every person 8n the world would be disastrous these days. A lot of services and data needs Internet access in order to be used. Online banking also works thanks to the Internet. There are not enough physical places when you can make a bank transfer. It would cause a lot of fuss and panic among banks clients. I would still choose Bitcoin though.

Well bitcoin can never be shutdown..its not a computer nor a device that need to shutdown. Bitcoin has a worth sometimes we feel a little bit low price and sometimes it really comes up to the moon.. if the question is bicoin can possible be reach the lowest price convert to USD, my answer would be possible but not to the point we all suffer for the lost and thats i really never want to happen because im also the one person who could suffer if that happen.

I've already seen this post so many times, why keep asking that question, its not true bitcoin will never be shutdown because bitcoin is so popular, in terms of community bitcoin has a strong community and many people trust and invested it. So it will never be shutdown.

Personally I think it it possible for a total shutdown of Bitcoin but it will need so much power and it will take a lot of time and effort from the governments to do so. I think it is possible but very unlikely to happen as of the moment. Bitcoin has helped and is still helping a lot of people have a step closer to their financial freedom so I believe it it not going to happen anytime soon.

Never. Bitcoin will never be shutdown because it is knowned worldwide. Not only that, bitcoin rises or expands too fast. Spreading immensely and not one will and can't stop it. This is just the beginning of bitcoin and it will go too far and rise to the top.

This is not possible unless you shutdown the internet which is impossible at current time. I think this is the beauty of bitcoins that  even governments are helpless against it.
