Yes, absolutely right, it will. I mean, if you have 1000 coins, and the other investor has only 100 coins, your vote will have bigger weight in the voting. So it’s a kind of incentive to buy more coins in order to be a more significant person in the company))

The LWF company will dedicate about 80 percent of the funds raised to project development, go through the whitepaper for more details. Hope this helps

Perhaps the same problems that you can encounter today with the "classic" shipments and deliveries.
There are few countries where it is impossible to ship, most of the laws and customs, are open to normal commerce.

To be honest, even in the conventional e-commerce and logistics it doesn't work that way. If there are delays in delivery, then there must be an explanation to it. Either goods are delayed by shipping services or country legislation. Either way, compensation comes when items is damaged upon delivery or lost in transit.
