i dont think altcoins is dying, they are being held down by very high bitcoin price recently, so altcoins is being ignored by investors, however it think, this wont last for long, after the segwit i think altcoins will have their chance to rise again.

For me they are falling but they have not yet died. Altcoins are unstable like bitcoin. If bitcoin rises everyone buys bitcoin after the fork everyone will invest in altcoin.

I keep buy altcoins because with this you can make easy money if you invest in the right time.

I agree with you, how can people think it will allways grow in price... offcourse there will be downfalls, but you should get advantage of that, like buy more, when price is low, sell some or a lot when it's high...

I'm investing in a lot of altcoins and with a lot of them I allready doubled what I invested, somewhere even more, or less... But I can wait.. I'm not in a hurry

Too many alt coins alive anyway. Good if at least half of them die. The sooner the better. Most of them are just to make money (btc) for the devs and pumpers&dumpers

I don't think that all coins are dying even I think that everyday a new coin is being launched by companies who are spending a lot money in the promotion of there products. Every Coin's value is increasing day by day. Most of the companies are giving free coins as Airdrops.

Not all coins are dying. yeah there are some of the scam coin and where there are good coin exit there are chances of the existence of scam coins as well. every day new coins are emerging and its upto you that you have ability to judge which coin is scam and which coin has future. Its not dying just shifting, one day its all red next day its all green providing you oppertunity to make profit from it.

They will die, as always, only coins that are unnecessary to the market. Coins that represent value and are in demand will continue to exist, develop and grow in the course. I think this is because most traders think the same want to get new coins from hardfork and segwit2x.
so some people sell altcoins to get bitcoins and store them to get new coins from hardfork and segwit2x.

And today
ZEIT marketcaps is still between $2 million & $5 million.

As far as ZEIT goes, No Worries , it has an extremely long life ahead of it.

No altcoin can be considered to be dying except such altcoin is delisted from all the exchange. And by the way if such altcoin is built on ethereum, it will never die so long the contract for such altcoin us in place. Any altcoin can be picked for serious pump with no reason.

I got information, have read one of the posts in one thread, he said segwit2x canceled. this allows people to buy altcoin and altcoin prices to rise again, especially ethereum, can reach 0.18 - 0.20.
but do not know this information right or not, I am waiting for the official news.

I think this is due to a sudden high peak of BTC because as far as I understand the concept this crypto once the btc continue to rise up to its peak then the possiblity of the alt coin to crashed down is so big that is why this red mark in some alt coin is not new to me because of this principle that I can see in this regards. But still hoping that someday that altcoin can stand without reffering to some other coin then so it can rise up with muh investors.

Do you know the mega bullish market earlier this year?
I remember almost altcoins pumped to moon price, all altcoins had unbelievable values in this cycle.
You can check the chart price altcoin through coinmarket or other trading tools to know that time, from March until June.

No problem man! Before hard fork altcoins price usually fall down because people sell altcoins to buy bitcoin. After hard fork, altcoins will recover.
