Yes, Altcoins, that I have in my wallet red on a slide. Psychologically, it's hard to see this. But everything will come back to normal soon, you just have to wait out the crisis. If the market so shakes, then of course coins with a small capitalization suffer most of all. Although now everything falls regardless of trust and capitalization. Calm and tea.
BTC and Altcoins are dropping today I dont see any single coin in coinmarketcap that charts pointing up all are pointing down will maybe because most of traders are in profit taking mode or most coins are overbought already specially BTC so it needs to consolidate for a while and make another bull run.

Just a market Smiley
I'm also looking forward to when it happens and I hope the coins get better sooner because I want to make a profit right away

Along with bitcoin and ethereum almost every altcoin has been experiencing a dump, with very few number of altcoins showing signs of growth. Among that one is the ripple. Whether it is a correction measure or something that is getting the market disturbed stays as a myth. Hope the growth begins in a short time.

Seems like Altcoins are following bitcoin. So investing diversified in Altcoin is safer. You will have alarm, when to exit.

I think we only have to hold the coin until the price returns to normal, because I believe the price drops only in time and soon the price will increase again, lest we sell our dying coin, because we will lose.

I think nobody is dying. It is a usual correction after the heavy bull run. Yes, lots of coins follow bitcoin (and I don't understand why frankly). But as the time shows, BTC recover fast and alts do it maybe not so fast but quite stable.

So, Let's see what will happen

i really dont think altcoins are dying, they are just being dropped by the effect of bitcoin rising too high making more investors sell altcoins and trade bitcoin to earn money, i can sure this situation wont last for long, it can be back to normal when bitcoin drop back to 8000$.

Whenever Bitcoin is rising in price, you will notice that altcoin like ethereum, ripple, dash, monero do not change in price significantly. In my view, these are good to alternative to bitcoin.

Because Bitcoin hardfork all altcoins are dying the bitcoin news and effecting the all altcoin because every one wants to buy bitcoin and due to this bitcoin price is more and more high and in result the altcoin price is going down and that is why i think you must wait for sometime to buy altcoin till the hardfork of the bitcoin and you can pick the altcoins at the bottom and after the hardfork when again altcoins will go up then you can get a great profit.

The market is always moving. In the spring and summer growing altcoins. But then it was time BTC. And they sagged. Now after the new year I think again the time will come ALTCOINS. In any case, I think the biggest yield you can get in atlcoins.

High risk high payoff

if altcoins are showing red it dose not mean that they are dying,it is the effect of the sudden raise of bitcoin and Ethereum. Learn to know that altcoins are volatile, you can visit the exchange this week and the market is down but come back net week it is booming.

In fact, the market is more alive and dynamic than ever, only apparently many newbies have not understood the volatile nature of this market and are scared by the usual oscillations that the market presents. It is well known that the market does not grow in a straight line, but in what some call "waves".

The entire market is in the red. Everyone has lost money. What do you think?
Now everything is red because the price is growing and growing. Therefore, for an alternative, select altcoins, they are much more promising and dynamic.

The heading of this thread is a over generalization. All coin are not dying. Cryptocurrency capitalization is at it's highest so also is the stability at it's strongest! If you feel you are at loss in some of your coin, should revise your strategy for future profit!

Bitcoin and Eth both are rising so thats why we see money flow from altcoins to these coins. Also If you compare USD value of altcoin, you will find they are more of less same because bitcoin price has increased a lot. You will have to convert the alts into bitcoin and then those bitcoin in USD and you will find, even the alts are not dying and they are same in USD value.
