almost 3 days from my withdrawl (0.3 btc) and dont receive anything, email doesnt answer too. What happens?

Have you tried send a pm to casinobitco? He is online today, so it is a bit weird if you got no answers from support. 3days waiting with no clear answer is indeed annoying so it is better to send a pm to his bitcointalk profile. Probably he will notice it faster than through the support email, but I believe you'll get your money eventually unless there is something wrong with your account.

We will have someone take a look; withdrawals are automated unless risk scenarios are flagged. E.g. multiple accounts to bypass limits, fraud, double-spend, etc.

First I want to thanks casinobitco because before he ask them to answer me I was waiting more than 3 days. Then I want to say that they send me a message talk me that risk department is going to talk me in less than 24 hours. Expect that it is true and I will come back to tell you. Only want that it is a misunderstood and will receive my money soon. I have even recommend this bookie to some friends because I was very sattisfied with all until the withdrawl time. Yes I also read that reviews in many sites, that the reason I deciced to use it instead other BTC bookies. +36 Hours have passed and more than 5 days from my request of withdrawl. Still dont have answer, in his web we can read 12hours withdrawls and maximum 1 day for answer support. I only want to get some information to get my money back, it is affecting me. Dont know what to do.

I'm a parlay player but since BTC price has gone into the stratosphere (relatively), I've decided to trim down on my bets but noticed that 0.5 mBTC bets aren't accepted for parlays. Error message I get is "invalid bet amount" so I assume it's too low.

Only, that's still over $6 a pop at today's prices. Any chance we can consider lowering the betting limits for parlays?

yeah I agree , many players would prefer lower limits since not everyone can afford a full 1 mbtc bet

Thanks for that, much appreciated! However, I just tried to place a bet but it won't let me. When clicking Submit, it still says "invalid amount". I placed 1 mBTC anyway since I really wanted the bet (great AFCON odds on underdogs btw!).

Another thing, if I put round numbers in the parlay box, the potential win is adjusted, but if I put in a decimal amount like 1.5, it only shows me the potential win for the closest round number (rounded down). I never realised it until now trying to put in decimal amounts of mBTC but it is something to fix when possible =)

When you try to justify your multiple account deal its mostly a useless effort. If it is from the same IP then it is from the same IP, you can't just recommend someone in a tipster chat and happen to have same IP with all of them. If there are 2 accounts with same IP from same network then it means its multiple account and there is no turning back from that, the casino is never responsible for giving you your money back if you have done that.

Hi. Who says that 2 persons used the same IP? I obviously know that. The problem is that 2 persons dont use the same IP. They are only acting like that because several persons make the same bets. But How I already tell in my case it is only a small % of all my rollover casino/sportsbook.
So what are you telling me ( I dont know if you have something with them) is that they should stole my deposit and winnings and they are right? In that case you are insane.
Btw other 4 days without information. Great from a bookie which says that maximum 24 hours to answer.

I am going to explain my case step by step, if someone dont understand something please let me know, my english isnt the best and I dont have too much time.

Well All started when I deposited  the 2019-05-03 16:38:16 my first 0.139927B after that I made other 4 deposits between 5-03 and 5-17 in total 0.66 BTC. I made it because I read that it was one of the most reputable BTC bookmaker and because of his high odds but actually I dindt make a great research due to the fact that now I have read some bad reviews giving them from C to lower.

In the beggining I started with losses but after a Good strike I  had/have 1.498 BTC, I dont know my exactly rotation but I was 3º the last time I saw the june leaderboard (btw never receive the prize, but dont sure if I finish 3º but probably yes because i was far away of the 4º) . And it was half sportsbook- half Blackjack.* In july I dont make sports bets and only play a bit of BlackJack.

Continuing with the story the 2019-06-21 11:45:05 (more than 15 days have passed) I made a 0.3 BTC withdrawl. 2 days after I started to be nervous because in his web you can read that they take 6-12-24 hours máximum to proccess the withdrawl (I think that it is a lack of professionalism that in 3 differents parts of the web you can read 6 / 12 / 24 hours , what it depends??).

After that I contacted to them the 06-23 receiving a short answer 2 days later** where they only told me that my acc was flagged and risk department Will be in contact within 24 hours. After more than 40 hours and some emails from my asking to hurry up now they sent me other email where they told me that risk department Will take 24/48 hours to answer ( 40 hours alreaddy passed) . The next day finally they told me that risk deparment says that other User and me are the same User because we made the same bets with same subnet IP and If I could  clarify this. I clearly explain them how I did in this chat the next: I follow a tipster and in the chat I recommend that bookie it is the reason of the same bets, and even offer to showing the tipster btw it is about 25% or i think that even much less of my rotation. Talking about the IP is completely imposible because I only logging in my house or in  my mobile and nobodys use my same IP (Btw I dont understand what subnet IP means).***


After that , I thought everything Will be resolve and I made a post in this fórum even, but it was 9 days ago. I only receive 2 emails more emails, 1 8 days ago where they told me that they will asked me more information in the next days and other 4 days ago where they told me that fraud deparment is going to reach me out directly. After that I send them emails and dont even get answers.
I think that I dont forget anything and if someone tell me if I can upload screenshoot of the private conversation without breaking rules/sportsbook rules I will do.
I have been very patience, I understand the misunderstood, I understand some delays in answers but 15 days have passed and I only received bullshit, not full explenations, no risk deparment, no solutions, anything.
Probably some of you have more experience  or know how to contact them directly if someone can help me I will be very grateful, It is causing my discomfort and upset. The less that I expect from a bookie where I have 15k is answer me shortly and properly complying his terms.




*Think that it is important to notice that this bookie is small and maybe it is the cause of all the problems, due to the fact that they have lot of years int he industry  you could think that they are big and solvent but the true is that with a medium rotation I was his 3 bigger player in june.
** The worst of all the case and one of the things that it is more annoying is lack of answers and his time to answer me when they said in his web that maximum 24 hours.
***Recently I asked in the tipster chat who is the User ID they gave me and the guy and surprise he isnt of my country and never been here. So is completely imposible ip/subnet is the same.
