I am wondering how much work it would be to make an VR model of an property. I can imagine it could take a really long time and big efford and would so only make sense for very big, valuable properties.

Yeah, i can see that being natural way to take a look around on the flat you want to buy. But opportunies with vr are so unilimited that basically only limit is the imagination of the developer.

I'm seeing one problem with this concept is that it looks like an advertising platform primarily. It's like you literally walking inside a commercial.

Then again people like shopping in real life which is basically the same thing.
