As someone from India who's had frustrating experiences shopping on international portals, I am looking forward to hearing what it can do for me. Looking to read more on this.

Is there any articles/materials where SelfKey is compared with competitors like Civic? I'm really curious what are the differences and advantages.

I just wanted to ask the same question. The name also reminds me of THEKEY, a decentralized identity verification tool. Does SELFKEY have any relation with that?

this question should be asnwered with high priority Smiley since its interests many of us here ><

Yes the pre sale has already a big success, I really like the concept of the project, for me there is a big use case for selfkey. With big partnership the project will skyrocket for sure.

Just finished Reading the whitepaper. Found it interesting from a technical view and it gives insight into both traditionall kyc process as well as what selfkey offers. If you have some time to spare I definately recommend to give this one a read (English) https://selfkey.org/wp-content/uploads/sites/19/2017/11/selfkey-whitepaper-en.pdf

Taking into account market fluctuations of the cryptocurrency, it is a very impressive figures.
I hope the project will continue in the same spirit!

Hope the private presale was also held in ETH, then they have doubled their raised amount

Selfkey is selected by ICO Drops!  Cheesy  See https://icodrops.com/selfkey/

This is great news. Partnerships is key to success, good work team!

I dont get it, selfkey is selected for what? As far as I can see they are just listed on this ICO site

True, those websites list every ICOs and they are not attendible at all, if you know what I mean. I saw many ICOs overrated over that envetually they didn't even reach softcap

So you think the rating and review of this site is not trustworthy?

Well, it's not that, they give you an idea but before investing in  a project you must research by yourself all the informations needed, those websites are not enough
Yes, we cant just trust the numbers, we need to read the information on it and conclude/decide it, even compare it with the whitepaper or official article/video.

I just went to check the counter on the website and more than $10 million is already raised! That is almost never happening these days, such a success, and it's just a presale.

They dont have limit tokens mount for pre-sale? It can be finished on pre-sale?

I would have to look into both projects deeply for a thorough analysis, but it looks like they are focused on different regions. As far as I know THEKEY is more mainland China based and SELFKEY is active in Canada and Hong Kong.

I am not that surprised about raising $10M. Identification is the holy grail of communication and transactions. Just a cute example: airdrop distribution. How many hoops do we have to jump through to prove we are unique?

I think that's wrong. Then it's most likely whales that got everything and there's a crooked distribution.

But it is possible. ICON was sold out on presale #1 of the planned 3 presales.

What was the price in pre-sale? In USD's and ethers?

if the project is solid, people who participated in pre sale, will usually be pretty happy Cheesy
