But i think they cant expect to raise a huge amount because a few countries couldnt invest in this ICO..

To me the major selling point here is the fact that tokens can be used to purchase applications from the DAO Playmarket without necessarily worried about using fiat or local currency, especially maybe in a country where google play store don't accept card payment from such countries local currency, an alternative to easily boycott such limitations and purchase such applications that ordinarily would not be possible with Google. Most project offers dividends now so that does not really stand out to me.
