Is trading Bitcoin and other alts still profitable?

I was a trader awhile back, I want to say about a year ago now and wanted to know what the current state of the market is for the traders that are currently trading to this day? I know a lot of the current exchanges that I used for trading, such as Poloniex, are still around but aren't really being used much as before.

I wasn't able to profit much but would like to hear how people are doing these days. Thanks a ton!

really trading bitcoin and altcoin in other market is very advantageous especially if we can take advantage of difference of difference of bitcoin and altcoin price in other market we can get very much profit.

Trading is only profitable if you are a daytrader and you really know what you are doing, it has a lot of risks and it is not easy at the moment, all the altcoins are going down, and those who are in bullish trend are a few ones.
So if you are a newbie, you should know that it is not going to be easy, and if you are greedy as fuck and you only want to make hundreds of dollars everyday, you will lose your investment sooner or later.
The best thing you can do is just hold your coins for some months.

Trading bitcoin and other alternative coins are still profitable.In my opinion, the best thing we can do for now is to hold our bitcoins due to its increasing of value every day which help us to earn money without making an effort or spending time too much which is also safer than ever. By monitoring the price of btc or altcoins and by observing the market is the only thing you will do effortlessly. The btc reached $18,907.01 which is a very big amount of value.

Trading other alts is really profitable and if we do try to see on volumes of being traded on daily basis you would really say that there is really a big demand on those coins specially on top coins on the marketcap.

Trading at this moment is good profit to us but always wisely because trading is too risky.if you want a good profit,hold you're coin until the value is enough for you're needs.its better to hold in a long term than spend it in trading for nothing.but then again it is depend on your decision how you use it.all of coins are profitable if we know how to use it in a right way.

Trading is always going to be profitable but there are certain moments in which the market gives better profits, for example when the market goes up that is a good moment to trade and that is also true when the price is stable, but when the price goes down it is a lot more difficult to make money since there are less people in the market and the few that are still on the market want to get out.

Trading in every sector of life is profitable and not only in cryptocurrency business. If you have the ability of trading affectively then there is no doubt that you will make money with it. For a good trader training and experience is mandatory. If you know all the techniques of trading then you will become a successful trader otherwise you may waste your time. trading is still profitable and will be profitable among other ways to earn bitcoin and infact the market has been already improve when compared on the past because the coins has now increased, altcoins and bitcoin has increased drastically . however the strategy for trading is still the same like buying low and selling high.  lastly, you must keep in mind that trading is still verry risky and requires skill, patience and luck in order to be succesfull on it.

Yes indeed trading bitcoin and alt coins are profitable it is just that you need to have a very good timing to be able to earn profit but if you will be affected by your emotion that is a different story because if your emotion rules your state of mind and tends you to panic it might lead to losses. Thats why you need to think before buy and sell to avoid losses.

I think to be profitable or not it will depend on each of its own users. you know that the price of cryptocurrency rises and falls or is arguably fluctuating and you'll be profit if you have the knowledge and skills to be able to pick which coins are potential and when is the right time to buy and sell ?

The problem with newbies is that they have heard the stories of early adopters buying bitcoin for a few dollars and now being millionaires and they want to emulate that when we know that is almost impossible to replicate, they have false beliefs about the profits you can get with bitcoin, the profits are indeed impressive but you cannot become rich with just a few dollars anymore.

Of course analysis is difficult, because the standard system don't work so well.
But my impression is that a lot of "traders" are actually gamblers, taking decisions without any sense.

   
i think its still profitable but we need to know how to pick the right price when we want to buy or sell because the situations now is like a trap and if we are not be careful, we can not make profit and from last month to till now it is most profitable than holding bitcoin. We have seen rise of verge and we have seen the rise of cardano and now i am hopping for same for electroneum.

Yes it is!But there are only few altcoins that are profitable, most of the altcoins are shitcoins because their volume is too low. We need to be careful if we are trading altcoins because there is possibility that we can buy a shitcoin

Personally, I learn more from losing then I do winning. The more I lose, the better I win. Honestly, I don’t think you should be losing at all in a uptrend market. Just following up the mainstream, then it's all OK!
