Actually , this is the point. No one asks for SHA 256 , or scrypt algo ,  anyway

It would be good.

I founded voltage set,  and fixed here: (725mv)

Code:
        .frequency                  = opt_bitmain_DASH_freq,
        .voltage                    = {0x07,0x25},

cgminer must be recompile with this change:

Code:
        .frequency                  = opt_bitmain_DASH_freq,
        .voltage                    = opt_bitmain_DASH_voltage,

with the first firmware that will be out
can we run d3 at 700 watt with 15gh speed or not?Huh

depends a bit on the ASIC quality I guess, but yes you should be able to, or at least close to it.

I am a bit stuck now creating the image, I have some modified files I need to put into the image, but I am a bit stuck modifying the rootfs image.

UPDATE 12/11/2017: I successfully modded the firmware which will add unlocked voltage and fan control, so I advice NOT to hardware mod and wait a bit more till I release the software mod
Can you advice, pls, how to build cgminer and custom firmware with it?
I mean build without modification bitmain's sources, for testing purpose.

I think use https://github.com/bitmaintech/cgminer-dash for build cgminer
And https://github.com/bitmaintech/setup-A8 for build firmware
Is this right way?

I was able to make an image. I double checked it and it seemed to be ok, but unfortunately it doesn't boot after flashing. I need to unbrick it now first and try again Roll Eyes

we will donate for this great work.

Bitmain sold too many asics and have us in his ass Sad Now he make the same with scrypt miner Sad

We need to take everything in our hands.

The best option if there will be way to change to sha... because there is huge market.

Good luck!
