Guys is there any chance of moving beyond moding the FAN. Coz I dont see any more juice that can be squeezed from these D3'S unless a new dev direction is sought. There is literary 1000 ways one would want their Fans etc to operate

One odd thing I have noticed so far is that the miner doesn't always chose the first alive pool when it starts up. I also can't get it to go back to a higher priority pool without restarting the pools. Anyone else notice that ?

23/11 Blissz is working great: Frequency = default 487 Voltage = 9 Hashrate = 17100 MH/z Fan = Performance auton (4020rpm) PCB temp = 55-57c Chip temp = 71-71c HW = 0
I'm wondering what makes temp rise above stock (65c) while under volting and stock clock? Hashrate is about the same with stock firmware.
Can u present watts from wall .. Voltage 9 is hight at 487

I'm not sure if the default voltage of a D3 19.3 model is the "Default Voltage" in your firmware, do you have any chance to check this?. I'm getting HW errors (more than 100 in 10 seconds) at the default voltage and 400 per chain.

Hi Blissz 1) on version from 21/11 for some reason i dont have your logo Here are my parameters on overclocking Voltage to max, fan speed 100% frequency 650 mhz https://imgur.com/a/dCJx4about the logo: press ctrl + f5 But man that's some serious hashrate a new record guys? I hope your electricity is free as it will draw at least 1500 watts of power I guess. I don't advice to use it 24/7 at this voltage as chances increases something will break. Furthermore chain 1 is really struggling (look at the HW errors). I advice to lower the frequency on that chain. My advice: try to aim for 575Mhz / 600Mhz max as daily driver. It will still give you 21Mh/s + speeds, and it's better on the long run I want to run it for 2-3 days and see. the electricity fee is something less i worry about. Hi Blissz 1) on version from 21/11 for some reason i dont have your logo Here are my parameters on overclocking Voltage to max, fan speed 100% frequency 650 mhz https://imgur.com/a/dCJx4U goona burn it pretty fast like dat check mine - https://imgur.com/a/RrAYh - stable what power usage mate? i did not measeure the power usage, as i dont have a watt meater. But i will certenly buy it. This week i wil use the immersion cooling i will post the results I am sorry, but can you tell me more about the immersion cooling method you are using? What brand are you using?

blissz, I just flashed my D3 s with your firmware. The noise is much quieter now. Otherwise, I would have to give up on those miners.
A Big THANKS

Hi guys Blissz Here are my new results average spees is 23.4 GH After few tests managed to cool down the chips and most of HW errors Fan 100% frequency 650 mhz voltage max https://imgur.com/a/t6HeNYou are a record holder right now. What a hashrate. I hope you don't have to pay for the electricity? I am curious: did you measure the wattage?

Does anyone elses fan on their nov batch run at diff speeds? Mine are both set @ 35%
Fan# Fan1 Fan2 Speed (r/min) 2,130 2,670
While my sept batch are about the same:
Fan# Fan1 Fan2 Speed (r/min) 2,760 2,790
Though... Nov batch is ~5c cooler in the chips....
Perhaps fan1 should always be running slower?

Regards If anybo know how to do it:
1* How to pack folder:
Angstrom-antminer_m-eglibc-ipk-v2013.06-beaglebone.rootfs to keep all setings CPIO ? to take
Angstrom-antminer_m-eglibc-ipk-v2013.06-beaglebone.rootfs.cpio
2* How to pack fille:

initramfs.bin.SD
and last
3* How to pack fille:

I promise i will buy a watt meter tomorrow Suggestion just for me and every one if they want Can you ajust the max frequency to 1000 mhz is new version? Yes I will increase the max frequency in the next version. I do have to test if the ASIC can run on this frequency of course. I will let you know

I replaced my fans, but I found out they cannot be controlled independently unfortunately... Because of the tube design I would say running them at the same speed is best, but your results tell a different story. Interesting stuff

I was digging through the source code and it looks bad. The only way I see is to modify it somehow the pic.txt file. If I understand the code correctly, the communication during mining with ASICs is done through DASH_write and DASH_read - just for getting work in and results out. The whole logic is in pic.txt program. There is even function to flash the program into the PIC - PIC1704_update_pic_app_program_new and then to invoke the new program itself - jump_from_loader_to_app_PIC16F1704_new. So I think if there is some chance to break in any part of the algo its hidden in pic.txt - but for that we would need somebody with good knowledge of reverse engineering. We can also trigger instructions that are defined in https://github.com/bitmaintech/cgminer-dash/blob/master/driver-btm-DASH.h in about command between CPU and PIC16F1704 section. But nothing we can do to affect the algorithm itself in the driver. Or maybe there is something hidden

I did reset and updated the poll. Please vote and let me know if you have new features I should add (beside new algo's, this is still in continuous research)
