Interesting information but I guess we had before here projects with Germans in the team but they never mentioned that this was not allowed. Anyways, it means that other EU countries can participate freely?

Countries that cant participate:  Germany, Mainland China, South-Korea, Singapore. Countries that are restricted: Austria, USA.

Its a pity that those countries cant participate, its even more a pity for Envion as a company, because they are forced to miss out on a lot of potential investments. But laws are laws.

I have a question here and I want anyone who knows please answer my question.

My question's actually a noob question so I would like to ask you that if I invested in EVN via Bitcoin then I obtained a transaction on a dashboard. However, I also using metamask and when I check my balance in metamask it came up as 0 EVN token. So, it's normal or something wrong with my account?

Summary

- I bought EVN tokens via Bitcoin

- I got transaction and everything seems fine.

- I also using metamask and added it to link with EVN token but it shows up as 0 EVN. However, I didn't use ETH for purchase so I'm not quite sure does everything ok or not.

The answer "bafin regulations" is also given by envion in their telegram group about a hundred times

But no clear answer where these regulation can be found, on which law the bafin is relying, which § of the wertpapierhandelsgesetz is affected etc

The bafin can't only say "no, germans are not allowed". There has to be a law or a specific regulation etc. But nobody can name it. Bafin also never permitted ICO's, they only gave a warning about ICO's.

It's the same with alll the other critical questions asked by other guys in the last weeks. No clear answers by envion.

Thats the reason i'm out and will search for another interesting invest. Thanks for your answers

.i have fulfilled a transaction on envion ICO web using my etherwallet for purchase (I don't need meta mask as i am well grounded )....meanwhile i am not really sure if the transaction went thru....no email confimation from envion and my etherwallet has not really been debited based on my last etherscan....has anyone experienced something similar as I am trying to avoid a double purchase.....I need my etherum for other ICO's

For those who already have ETHs, today is the perfect day to buy.

Agreed. They can start so long with the money they already have, and thus they will have a few MMUs up and running by the time the ICO ends.

But I guess it is difficult as to who gets the funds raised then. When is the cutoff date to make sure you get the rewards of the MMU they build now? Surely those rewards must go the first couple of investors and not the later ones. This just complicates things, and I think that is why they are holding off until after the ICO.

One user was having problems with localbitcoin apparently because you don’t control when the BTC is sent and need to keep the Envion page opened until it’s done. Best is to send to your BTC wallet first.
