Hey homeblockcoin, i think  you should stop people from creating new account If you didn do that, even you would limited numbers of coins per account, everything they need just create multi accounts to buy more and more. What do you think what happen with your sever if everyone  open ten accounts per ico, its unfair. And you should lock the chance to open multiple account per IP, too. Sorry for my english, hope you can understand clearly...

My friend you probably do not know what socks are and how you can change the IP address. And then there's the server. It's all useless for ICO. Nobody will be here to install an anti-fraud system like the Amazon. They can not fix the server, so that there is no error during the purchase.

People, why would you do this?! It’s an obvious scam! I’d rather try my luck with the ICO (still no luck for me, btw) than succumb to this. Plus, the dev team communicated many times that they are working on ideas to make sure everyone gets in, especially those who have been here since day one and still fail to buy HBC
