i have a question, sorry if it was already asked, after internal exchange will be launched will we be able to withdraw hbc coins to external exchange directly, OR selling them for btc and withdrawing btc without any condition? (100 HBC from ico, minimum 0,02BTC etc)

No delay, Coinexchange told us the launch date is on the 28.12.2018, they will announce it on their Twitter account today.

I currently have 0.008 BTC in my account. I can not get it. Please cancel the minimum withdrawal of 0.02 BTC and cancel the minimum condition of 100HBC so that we can withdraw our BTC. Because the ICO has been out for a long time.

Minimum must be lowered for both BTC and HBC withdrawal from the web platform, there is no point to ask 10 HBC minimum for a withdrawal for example since transfer fee are very low, failure to do so will make that lending platform not appealing to potential investors since better options with internal exchange are currently available...imo

You sure u did the 2fa autentification first, otherwise it wouldnt work i had the same problem !!!! I BET YOU DIDNT DO THAT
