why hbc telegram & email very poor? i’ve lost my 2fa code..

Hello sir, because nearly 100-150 people a day lose their 2FA and ask us this question, now 80% is trying to scam us to steal the accounts from other people. We need to make sure somehow that it is you, that is why you have to provide us a much information as possible about you and your account.

Why are you making life so bad?
Instead of manually processing 150 requests per day, I would develop a "LOST 2FA function" as a developer!

I honestly cannot understand the problem. The coins were purchased on an external exchange and the transaction is complete. There are over 2000 confirmations and there were no errors made as far as the recipient address goes. This was not a commission or earnings used to exchange for coins, it was a team member's own BTC that was used to purchase the coins on the external exchange.

Should be a simple match to look at the transaction ID on the explorer. Find the receiver's HBC address in that transaction and then go to their Homeblockcoin.com account and verify that that deposit was not received yet and credit the coins - very easy. Please do not make this harder than it has to be as it is going on over 2 weeks now. Thanks.

Still waiting on that deposit. Should be easy to verify, the recipient's address is inside the transaction ID I posted. If you go to the account with that address, you will see no credit for that amount. They used their own BTC to make this purchase and the exchange said it is out of their hands and only waits for you to credit the payment into the account.

No updates from the PMs or Telegrams I sent so I am forced to air this problem out in the open.
