I would suggest double checking your entered destination address and making sure that it is a valid NEBL address.

I was only referring to the section that concerned me (towards the bottom). I did not feel it was right to post copies of private messages since I would not want anyone to do that to me. HBC knows what I am referring to. They told me with confidence that even though it looked like a confirmed transaction it wasn't because cryptopia did not actually send it correctly. After constantly attacking cryptopia based on what HBC told me as truth, my relationship at that exchange will never be good again. HBC team are the worst kind of people.
