Nothing works even offline wallet i can`t send my coins from online wallet to Cryptopia,offline wallet i am stuck with my coins can`t send nowhere or receive coins....

Fault is only by electroneum and they should fix everybody wallets as soon as possible.

I am not angry at them only  disappointed after all this time like i say i am hoping for the fix but days are passing and weeks.

The offline wallet does reliably work and I have been receiving coins fine.  I have never sent coins so I just tried now and it worked fine.

To send coins to cryptopia just use the following command :-

     transfer <address> <amount> <payment id>

For the moment I'm staying away from the online wallet.

I was the Ico buyer all 5259 coins in my online wallet are Ico coins if i try to send those coins to Cryptopia or offline wallet nothing works so i am stuck and only solution for me is to wait for electroneum team to solve the problem.



My problem doesn`t have nothing with offline wallets i am happy that your transactions works but mine don`t.

Those commands can`t solve my problems....Online wallets doesn`t have payment id.

I saw on facebook that they said problems with wallets will be solved but only two things that they done is adding language up in the corner and they add QR code and that is all work for now.

I invested in the  ICO on the 19/10/2018 and have still not received my coins.

I finally managed to get a response from Support saying the following :-

if you want to have a real wallet that works (as soon as you manage to get your coins on it) you can use the official CLI wallet: https://github.com/electroneum/electroneum/releases

or try out my gui wallet (in the signature), that also uses the cli wallet in the background

Does the wallet look like many other wallets or similar? with me only a black field with many numbers opens

The CLI wallet is a command line interface, that means black box and text on it and you have to type commands.

Create a new wallet !!  I can not create a password. have tried it on 2 laptops. And also as an administrator.
And special characters. Always an error message

Create a new wallet !!  I can not create a password. have tried it on 2 laptops. And also as an administrator.

im aware of an issue, when the password is too long, also some special characters are not supportet. The password dont has to be super safe, since it uses a very slow hashing algorithm and even a 8 character password would need thousands of years to brute force.

I just tested it with random passwords: gTcv1SU0JC, XJ8wgRtjBk, pP56IdrhhS all work for me. can you provide a password that is not working ?
The only issue on github related to this, is if you have a very long password, if you still having trouble and are willing to try, please create a new ticket on github and we bring the conversation there, because this is not the right place ;-)

like i said even a 8 character password with only the alphabet and digets would take over thousand years to brute force, its more likely that a keylogger gets your password instead of it to be brute forced
