We know money is for our need but not for our greed. In the same way bitcoin is also for our need but not for our greed in this digital advanced economy. To me holding bitcoin is like holding reputation, selling bitcoin for small profits makes me feel like robbing my own self. Simply because you loose of better profits and innovation. A goal in profits is a safe game along with withdrawing capital wisely.

Holding bitcoin is not greedy, we as bitcoin holders should be proud of having it. Many people want to get it but can not.
I will also like to add that holding bitcoin is just like holding our money if we do not need them and we save them for our future use for making any of our dream true with more money when it reach to a targeted goal. It is a way of trade which the traders do with their assets like with their gold and wait for a good time to sell them and it is also like the bank to save our extra money.

Not holding BTC is foolishness. People all around the world are buying bitcoin because its growth is rate is outstanding. You can best ROI from bitcoin than any other stock, mutual fund etc. Bitcoin is trending on all financial platforms and every financial channel nowadays. Its growing popularity is even faster than Fire in jungle. At such point of time, disinvesting in BTC will be a sheer example of foolishness...nothing else.

It is like telling people dont save your money in banks for long because it is greediness. People can do whatever they want with their money and no one can call them greedy. First, you did not steal it, second nor by opression you acquired it. If it is solely yours then you have all the right to do what you want to do with it.

I can assure you that many years later i really do regret those purchases lol. So i say hold some bitcoins but of COURSE spend some to keep the cycle going.

Bitcoin isn't greediness, it is a strategy on how you'll react with the market. When there are bloody weeks it's up to you if you'll hold and endure or you'll get to ride and panic. Greediness is when you had enough but you are still asking for more and you are not contented with it.

i hope not, coz people are getting scared of bitcoin while others are greedy. bitcoin is the future of money and we need to accept the fact that they will replace fiat money in the near future so what ever happens bitcoin keeps increasing.

It isn't. Holding onto something valuable is a natural instict of the human race. If holding onto fiat money was considered offensive, we wouldn't have pockets or wallets, it would be general anarchy. Atleast that's just an crazy alternative universe that may or may not exist, but nevermind that. It's not greedy in the slightest, and if the certain item is limited, it's not greedy to hold onto that. The early bird catches the worm.

I don't think that its not a greedy thought, because every person has their own idea of saving money so freedom is the main reason why most of the investors hold their asset. Those other whose thinking that holders for long time is greed, well I guess they're just a weaker hands yet having panic emotions so they sell at an earlier time.

Most people now with the rise of bitcoin value, just want to hold bitcoin for as long as they can so that they can maximize their worth. But isn't it a little too greedy to just keep holding bitcoin? We've all read that story in the school with the moral "Greed is a Curse". So what if too much greed in bitcoin may backfire? What if, the hodlers end up with nothing?
Just holding a bitcoin is not good, Because knowing that the marketing world change day by day. There is no guarantee that the price of a btc will not fall. Greed is needed, But you just need to be smart. you always need to think of the future and present and gather information. Planning and investing for the future is good, but what if btc price suddenly fall? holding is a smart and good move. Because this means that the person holding wants to maximize the money he will get and that is greed. there is only two skill that will make you survive in the marketing world, That is luck and inteligence.

Holding bitcoin is not showing up of being greedy. You're just taking the opportunity ,you invest to let your money grow so where is the greedy act here? you're just having the right choice because btc will fly to the universe.

Of course not! It is not greediness to hold bitcoins, it is preparing your future to financially secured and of course so that you can whatever you want to do because you have enough money, for me holding a bitcoin in a longterm is a wise decision, as long as you don’t need yet the money, hold it for investment for a happy future.

I believe greed has a moral consequence that needs to be assess, meaning is your act of holding bitcoin coming at the expense of others?
People save money, therefore hold money, to spend on things in the future. The concept of investing is built around the idea that a dollar invested is worth tomorrow than it is today. Is this greed? I don't think so.
I think greed needs to come with a negative consequence. What do you think?
I don't think that greed is what the attitude apply but rather being smart. We are speaking of currencies and value of it. The value depends on how the currency performs. If the performance is good it clearly goes up the charts. And while it goes up, grab the opportunity to hold it in to make greater values. It is a matter of spending t now or later.

I think holding bitcoin is not greedy but wise and practical, we saw the growth of bitcoin for the past year and it was astronomical, My investment for example gre by as much as 15x over a year just by holding bitcoin, I think there will be a time where bitcoin prices will stabilize, that’s the time I will begin spending bitcoin

In fact, when I wake up, the first thing is on my mind is to check the Bitcoin price, the second thing is to have some good mornign times with my girlfriend. But bitcoin is always first. No it is an investment. I was shocked when I left $9 in my other Bitcoin wallet in June it grew to $184 this month that I had enough money to buy another SSD. It helps to be greedy sometimes. Having deep pockets can even the odds for you in the wake of trouble.
