Keeping the bitcoin in the moment is the smartest thing you can do in the moment as bitcoin will continue to grow very fast in the future. The number of supporters and big investors are concerned about the bitcoin too much, I think bitcoin will reach $ 25,000 in the last days of 2017.

I won't call holding a Bitcoin greedy, because due to the recently rising of value of Bitcoin. Holding is the best and clever way to earn a profit from the Bitcoin itself. And most of us buy the Bitcoin in a high price that why there keep on holding it until they can see the profit of their investment. It is not being greedy, your just be intelligent to handle the situation and speculating that it will rise even more. Why being intelligent? It is because if you sell your asset early even if you got a profit from your investment and the price keep on rising then you will not have your chance to buy some coins at a lower price.

I think its up to people who judge you, but for me its about how you manage your coins and not to be so addicted to it, remember that not only bitcoin running your life and when you die you can bring bitcoin in heaven, so don't focus on it and balance your life, dont be greedy
Some limited minded people are thinking that bitcoin holder are greedy so I want to explain them that all people want to earn money for their life and for earning money people are doing various jobs like business, regular jobs etc so just like that traders are holding bitcoin for future so that when the rate is increased then they will sale their coins.

probably hold is lazy , ( Zipf's law )
Not really lazy. It's not easy to trade properly and it takes a different skill set than investing/holding.

It's just being smart about what you have right now, same as investing into established assets like gold, precious metals, real estate, stocks and the likes. Institutional investors might disagree with you on this thing since they try to maximize their wealth for better living and to ensure that they will live their life to the fullest. Being greedy is wanting all that you obviously don't have and shouldn't have, but trying to maximize anything that you have possession with to reward you with greater value is being smart IMO

Greed is an inordinate or insatiable longing for unneeded excess, especially for excess wealth, status, power, or food. As secular psychological concept, greed is an inordinate desire to acquire or possess more than one needs.
Preserving whatever we have is not greediness. If you pursuing more than you need that is greediness.

Most people now with the rise of bitcoin value, just want to hold bitcoin for as long as they can so that they can maximize their worth. But isn't it a little too greedy to just keep holding bitcoin?
We've all read that story in the school with the moral "Greed is a Curse".
So what if too much greed in bitcoin may backfire? What if, the hodlers end up with nothing?
Instead of saying greedy ! Try to say that people need money so it is a good opportunity to hold this bitcoin si it is not a greedy ! Greedy is when you sell your bitcoin for a exact price but if you sell your bitcoin in a high price this is not a greedy.
No holding of bitcoin is not a greedy but every person in the world are trying to earn money more and more and for earning money all people are doing different works like doing regular jobs, trading , investment etc. so holding of bitcoin is also a trading and anyone can make enough profit.

I don't think of it as being greedy. People tend to do savings for the future. Also bitcoin was made for that purpose that is why people are holding in order to gain profit.

Not at all. Keeping your own bitcoin is a wiser and strategic way of getting a higher profit. I think each one of us has our own wish and dreams for ourselves and our family and bitcoin is the answer for most of us to achieve them. Greedy? what ever it is called, if you are doing it for your own good, I don not see anything wrong about it.

holding bitcoin is not greed.people invest their money in the share market to buy secondary share. they buy it and wait for return.but you can loose your money any time, longer you hold better chance to get more.but this is not considered as greedness.
human being always wants to get more,if his patience pays what is the problem with that?
it is not greed.
I agree, patience always give a sweet reward. If greediness is what they call it, let it be. It won' t bother me that much as long as my conscience says I am doing the right thing, then I am good with it. Anyway, it is our bitcoin, we have the right to do what we want with it.

not at all it all depends on you, it is not greed it is being wise or smart to know that you could earn more profit if you hold or you could lose some in case it value decreases. it is also a way to save for the future.

Can't see any reason why holding Bitcoin would be greedy. In some way maybe selfish but not greedy.
Having in mind how Bitcoin price is rising just holding can make you profit with literaly doing nothing. And you have some savings also.
Still I beleive Bitcoin is not made just to hold but to be actively used either as investment or payment method and it's good to circulate.

I agree with the balance thing, what' s the point of having many bitcoins while you have broken relationships with family and friends. Always make time for them, but if you re doing it for them, that is not greedy at all. Just keep your balance. Happiness is not always in the money but if you have both the abundance and healthy relationship, then you are living the perfect life.

holding bitcoin is our right, no one have the right to judge us, we can hold as much as bitcoin as long as we want to get more money from bitcoin rising, greedy to own bitcoin is normal as long as we dont do it illegally or having bad effect on community.

first holding bitcoin longer is not unusual and greedy, of course every user wants to get the most profit from investing in cryptocurrency, so holding longer is not wrong. and selling is not stupid things, because every user has their own reasons why they sell their bitcoins? such as to pay for their living needs example

No. Its not being greedy but its your right to hold it. Its your right to hold it to wait for the right time to spend it. Holding of bitcoin is part of the process since we need to get the best price as possible. We hold it for future use. Its more favorable also to hold it since buying it now is more expensive than the price when we buy it before.

It is being greedy if holding means more profit in the future for yourself and your family. Nothing is wrong with holding your bitcoin longer than the others. It is our bitcoin, we do what we want with it. No one should be judging is with that. Whatever they want to say, it' s your desire that counts, not theirs.

Totally agree with all of that. It is our right what we do with our bitcoins. They should keep their limitations on commenting others on how they want to do with their things. Buying is not as easier as before. It really is hard to buy now since it is far expensive than before.
