Does it matter?
U get their tokens for free and just wait and see, maybe You eill get lucky.

Only possible scam could be airdrop which asks for your private key with intend to steal your tokens.

As an individual that participating in airdrops , i must say that i cannot really know if the airdrop that i participating is fake or not . Unless i receive their free tokens and waits an update for their tokens , what will be the future of it , what exchange can be traded , the roadmap of the project if there is one. And the whitepaper of the project. Many airdrops are good but most of them are shits.

The problem with this is that we lose our time in applying to airdrops which turn out to be fake. That is the only thing I get concerned about. I don't like the idea of wasting my time. Time is money, and fake airdrops are the worst.

Fake airdrop on my experience are airdrop who made you interested to join because of the name. Like 10M Token (10MT). Many people join that airdrop because in their mind they will get 10 million token. And if the community 10MT growth, the dev then made 10 MTI token. I don't know what the purpose so the 10 MT airdrop become shitcoin now. Thats just a stratregy to manipulate people. Dont be trapped

You can really never tell legit and  scam tokens. But there are obvious projects that are scam and also the ones who are requiring to donate 0.01 to 0.1 eth shit are known are scam. But just take all the tokens that are free, who doesnt want free money though? Just dont give private key (if youre not that dumb)and a lot of money with no assurance from this.

As most airdrops have no whitepaper, no roadmap, no nothing, to me it is just a pure gamble Grin
Sometimes it can go big or poof just gone

For me now, the best thing we can do is atleast following their telegram, atleast we know real time info

But if you're just holding your airdrop token, nothing to lose eh?  Grin

What's the difference though? It's an airdrop, you don't pay for it. If it doesn't work out, who cares?

for me that was right but taking too much time to know if it was fake are just a waste cause we know that this is just free and you only have to make soem registration or for what they are rules for so until you can take that opportunity then you can grab it if you can get some free coin then feel thank you for it but if may not because its just fake then thank too. That was for my opinion only.

I think you can notice if they are scammers, especially when they are already asking with your private keys. Read a lot on their theard if they are legit. Don't just fill up the form without reading the project.

we do, we work for it, if you just waste your time to joined an airdrop then they run/wont pay you, how about that ? and you work for a months or more.
it's hard to guess, the first i see is their web, should have good web. and secondly it's the roadmap and whitepaper. third find trusted OP like legendary/hero rank just think twice they will run and lose their account.

Hello guys am a newbie how can i know if an airdrop is real or fake

I also tryied 1000 airdrops only few are comning. Please be sure that dont give your private key to airdrop

If a airdrop asks about a private key of wallet definitly it will be fake one.. Other things you consider

You ask from this forum, see the white paper , telegram app users comments , website , apps
We can figure out is this a viable project or not

we all need universal power and cyclist of Everything
-2023 would most likely be as bearish as 2022-
=BTC will make it, but might be a long winter=

Nothing will lose whether an airdrop is fake or real. Just try to fill up all the forms you can. But be very aware on some application form because scams have scattered. Your question should be, “How to know if an airdrop is a scam?”. Now, to know if they are a scam or a hacker, if the link they provided lead you to your wallet or they ask you your private keys, I’m very much sure that those are scams.

it's easy, just check whether the project that held the airdrop has a good whitepaper or not.
