I think people are just looking at the different possibilities of this project. I do agree though people are really overthinking it and I think they may need to remind themselves by reading the Fluz Fluz whitepaper about how the project actually works.

when I first heard of flufluz, a comparison to lyoness was right in my head :-)
Lyoness had some problems in Austria because pyramid schemes are banned here. I do not know how that was solved, but I think they are still in business. I also had these worries with FluzFluz, but I think that by buying only the first two seats there should be no problems

oh man, have just read me through the telegram channel. lot of information. they are discussing the network sizes and that even as a normal fluzzer you have a network under your belt that has to share cashback upwards. 50% of the cashback will be distributed to all the network seats above, and the higher you go, the more you get, of course. What is new to me is that the 4th row also has a network among them and benefits from them. The question remains: Do you have to buy the tier4 seat or do you get it automatically if you are fluzzer?

Let me explain that for you.

For each tier 1 seat, there is a network under him. That network topology is a binary tree:



Buying tokens, you can buy tier 1 and 2 seats (positions 1, 2 and 3 in the graph). The rest of the seats in the network are distributed on First Come, First Served basis.

Once you are in the network, you keep half of the cashback you generate and share the remaining 50% with everyone over you. For example, #9 on the image generates cashback worth 2$. She keeps 1$ for him and 1,2 and 4 share the remaining 1$.

crap is this something like quest and the likes? the social network sales? basically the early will always be the ones to take most of profits and the late you are the less income you are likely to make?

I don't know what quest is, but, of course entering the network as early as possible gives you the best rewards. That's why we are ready to pay for a premium seat on the top of the network.

But, don't lose the focus on this, customers don't read whitepapers and stuff. They have the option to buy something at a store at regular price or buy it at a discount using FluzFluz App. It's a nobrainer for them. Afterwards, they get the cashback of the network behind them, but that's like the icing in the cake, they won't optimize for that but get it as a gift.

After doing this example for you, I decided to go for a tier1 definitely.

Before, I had the impression that you would share the rewards with everyone over you (the full tiers) so for the same example, the 1$ from #9, would go 1/7 for (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) but after searching the binary tree graph for you, it became clear to me that it's 1/3 for (1,2,4). So being at the top it's much more profitable that I thought.

honestly if people have to overthink the premier seat as too big a risk to their funds they might honestly be breaking rule 1 of crypto which is domt invest more than you can afford

Remember you can get a tier2 for half the cost of a tier1. You can even have a 2nd one later if you feel so and have the same reward as a tier1 owner.

exactly my perception; and it seems it is the same. looks like they set cats for this; one is the mountain hierarchy thing  and the normal cash back; the later am a fan the earlier not so much maybe need to read more on it.

I checked this out before when I was looking for competitors of FluzFluz, but the only thing they have in common is cashback. With Lyoness you cant really have a network if im correct

didnt realize the seats were transferrable  myself, that really makes than even bigger commodity item  as it would be another possible trading item tied to the value of the platform but expoonentially more worth

I think if they offer a better cash back rate than established corporations like Ebates and offer faster payments through crypto then they will definitely disrupt this industry.

Offering faster payments via crypto is not really possible is it though? We know for a fact that crypto does not have the infrastructure for fast payment. It is literally one of the main downside at the moment, and a topic that divide the blockchain community, so I don't think they can rely on this for being competitive.

For the price, yes, they can try to offer better cash back, but a business model that works on the idea "I will be cheaper than my competitor" isn't really a valid business plan to me.

about the slow payment, i fear you may be bearing your mind based on bitcoin blockchain transactions which sucks of late but considering ethereum and litecoin speed i think fast payments is possible but i do like get a comprehensive feedback from the project team
