This is same as just-dice, just house edge 0.96% and there is also sports bet and black jack, the site is running since more than a year.

I note this final analysis point to anyone attempting to recreate the site.

There was very little profit added by bets where maxprofit was over 100 BTC. There were less than 2000 out of 1.2 billion bets (excluding shots in the wild like betting 25 bitcents with 1000X payout).

The site would have been much more profitable if the bankroll was restricted to 20,000 BTC, and max profit to 100 BTC. It would have earned about the same amount of money and the investors would have had a much better return.

Why don't doog and deb use their bitcoin and move to the bahamas or w/e? They should've compiled a nice portion by now.

Sad to see just-dice go. I hope everything will go down smoothly.

Reddit discussion about the halt/closure.

http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/28wae3/just_dice_is_closing_this_pagepost_will_be/

"Just Dice allowed anyone to anonymously invest money in a gambling operator and get their fair and equal share of the profit with no friction or barriers to entry!

Apparently this is unacceptable to lawmakers who use exclusive or limited licensing to insure only those with millions of dollars and political connections are allowed to benefit from the running of a gambling operation. If you think they are interested in protecting the players note that those government licensed or owned operators offer much worse value to the player than Just Dices 1% house edge."

Why don't doog and deb use their bitcoin and move to the bahamas or w/e? They should've compiled a nice portion by now.

This is a nice two story house with 3 bedroom and two baths. 3,607 sq ft. Amazing views. Gated community with the most luxurious lifestyle! $375K in Panama where they are operating.
http://www.viviun.com/AD-210427/

They should be able to buy this place cash with the first year's profits. They can be up and running in weeks.

If you figure 6BTC per day in commission, if they shut down for four months in Canada while lawyers try and figure out the new law, they could pay for this house in that time.

The name of the owner of JD is well known, he is respected member of the Bitcoin community and in the "Bitcoin core developers" group. He is also Canadian. What would you do in his place?

What idiots, I never seen such drooling retards.

Why wouldn't you just run the site offshore with a philippine tiki hut villager as unaware owner.

It was a very successful first year. I think they will do anything to find a legal way to comeback.

Yeah something like 10% commission fee to doog y deb, and another 30% investment income tax reported to IRS.

Anyway, the bankroll size was getting to grand, maybe it's better this way to clean it up and start fresh with a new one.
