Why people says gold is better?

haha, I dont know. But I think that Gold and Bitcoin have different role in the market. So, we dont need to compare them.

Though they are different but because of bitcoin existence,it will totally affect the popularity of gold in the market.
Some people say gold is better, yes it's true for a long term investment because a huge possibilities that it will last forever unlike bitcoin that we really know how long it will still exist. But in terms of profit return from investment, I can say bitcoin is very from gold. You'll have chances to become a millionaire if you invest in bitcoin.

Gold better because it's physical object that can be protected by human being. In other hand Bitcoin is computing process that has high risk of hacker or doomsday (dead internet). Not just Gold better on that security but it also created/come out from earth not human so there is real value and stock in it.

Trust me, in the doomsday, even gold will be worthless, humankind will seeking for safety instead of that useless kind of gold. Also, if you save up your gold somewhere else probably in your house or in your bunker
and if someone finds out that you hold some big amounts of gold. then, maybe you will face the nightmare which is robbery.

I agree and the reason behind that is gold has a valuable type of impressions which invited any evil activited that made those criminals think of bad scenario against your wealth that is gold. Somehow you won't even notice those spying people who've been having bigger wealth is subjected to those thieves roaming around the society. Although gold is better, but I still choose bitcoin as an asset without any physical appearance becaue it mainly protect myself from those criminals and they won't even notice if I have some bitcoin stored in my wallet.

Every people have a different opinion and vision about differentiating cryptocurrency vs gold.some other says gold is better than bitcoin or some other says in vice versa.but for me my stand is depend on how to used it and useful everyday in our daily life,and that is bitcoin because its a digital currency that we can use it everyday as an payment,exchange or investment trading ,it is decentalized that no one can monopolize it.unlike gold you cannot carry everday to buy a needs or things,and you cannot used it as payment .

I think we should not use the spending to compare Bitcoin and Gold. We can't use gold to pay in supermarket and restaurants because they don't have equipment which can test it (real or not, weight). Bitcoin was created for payment purpose so it's easy to spend. Now gold is accepting anywhere in the world while bitcoin was still banned in many countries so we can't say bitcoin is better gold

I think many people think that gold is better than bitcoin because gold has a special shape and high value. And quite stable. But bitcoin is actually more valuable than gold, but bitcoin is virtual money and people are afraid that it will disappear. That is why they say that gold is better than bitcoin

Not completely true. Not sure what you meant by shape, but its value also does not mean anything. Bitcoin also has a very high value, but people still hesitate to invest on bitcoin. Its just because of its stability, many people fear to lose money, where as gold has more stable value.

I think he meant that gold is tangible. It's solid, physical and can be touched so people believe in gold more. Some people have doubts on bitcoin because they don't believe in it or they think that it doesn't exist.

Why not both? I think it's pretty safe to hold some gold, it doesn't hurt to own a physical resource in case there is no network access.

I don't know maybe because gold price is more stable, but gold is the standard currency and bitcoin is had physical form and people can touched it so people trust it's more than bitcoin who just had digital form without physical form.

People say gold is better because they have a better understanding about it. Though I'm not saying that Bitcoin is better than gold. These are two totally different things with each having their distinct features and functions.

Sure as hell that both things aren't being accepted for payment method. They are a tie in that.

I think what it comes down to it is personal preference. Some people are saying that gold is better because gold has had value ever since. The price of gold is stable and you're sure that it's not going to go down anytime soon. It's a lot less volatile than bitcoin and some people prefer that. Some people don't really mind slow increase in price, they just want some assurance that their money is not going to be a waste in the future. On the other hand, there also exists people that wants great profit in such little time. There are people that are willing to take risks and thus they prefer bitcoin. I truly believe that these articles and videos should say beforehand that it's only their opinion and that people believe say otherwise. They should also mention that those that don't know much should do further research and don't just go ditto on them and believe them right away.

Because there is no big risk in gold the value of bitcoin or price sometimes is stable but in gold you cant predict and no one knows when it die because the volatility makes people panic but for me bitcoin is better than gold.

because many people think that gold is better because it is controlled by the government, but in fact it is not fair at all. Gold only acts as an asset, they love gold because of it, because it is impossible if gold becomes a means of transaction then fiat currency will be destroyed, just like bitcoin that will dominate the currency in the future

My speculation, maybe they do not know bitcoin or do not know how to use bitcoin, when in fact they admit that bitcoin is better than gold.

I know gold is difficult to store if we have much gold. Gold also not so profitable as high as bitcoin.
Gold not good for short speculation, its not worth but gold is very good value in future with no inflation and accepted in every single of country in the world. Every people know gold.

I believe it would be that way. Crypto trying to encourage the community to adopt the new system of currency, that's why their popularity rate goes wildly. It seems that 3-5 years from now, bitcoin will be widely used by the community and it could be accepted either local or online transactions.
The popularity of bitcoin affect the image of gold in the market, but gold still have a great value and still a lot of people keeping this. Though their price are far from each other but of being potentiality in a long term investment, both of them are  have it.

The most probable reason i can think of about why people say gold is still better compared to bitcoin is the fact that gold has form. It's physical, tangible and precious that has been around for the past several years. Bitcoin on the other hand is still quite new and i bet if you asked any random stranger on the street a about bitcoin, i can say that not many will be able to know about bitcoin(as what i have experienced). Try to see both like this: Think of a doomsday/apocalypse like scenario. Since gold is physical, it will still be there whereas bitcoin being digital, will disappear with technology.

The most logical reason because gold has the beauty that is liked by people around the world as decoration and in ancient times people use gold as a currency so do not be surprised if many people prefer gold than bitcoin. But in terms of superiority bitcoin better than gold because of the rise in bitcoin price is very high but many people do not understand so many still choose gold.

Because bitcoin is volatile, it changes it price very quickly while gold in the other hand is stable though bitcoin may have a higher price, it is pretty volatile.

People says that gold is better because they dont know about bitcoin and they did not know how to earn bitcoin. They will say it because they have a gold but they dont have a bitcoin. They will always trust to the things that majority that know or wants even there are things are better. Gold is great and people believe that when you have it you are eligant. Compare when you have a digital currency or bitcoin they will think that you are scammer or you are doing illegal because they are not aware of what you are doing.

I think they say that easily because they don't experience the value of bitcoin and how it gives people a lot of a money to pay their daily needs unlike bitcoin it cannot help all people who are searching job to work it is really hard.
