I DO have hardware protection and an IPS, but the attack was too big to do anything about but shut the server down. Funds will always remain safe even in the event of an attack.

It will only allow you to buy/sell VLX, with Bitcoin, Dash, Litecoin, Doge and eventually Ethereum. You will not be able to trade e.g BTC/DASH for the time being but this will be enabled in the future.
