We launched less than 24 hours ago.
As we stated this is a beta release, exactly why withdrawals are suspended and why it’s not officially promoted and released anywhere else but here in this thread.
The bug is being worked on. Be patient.
If you really can’t wait, then use Chrome and Gmail (check spam) which works fine.

DEV, it would be good for the exchange to support the stake with POS payment. This will attract the attention of potential traders.

We are looking into this, and will be implemented in the future, if it isn't implemented in the VLX Exchange it will be implemented into VLX Bolt (not just for VLX but for all POS coins listed)

This is for the Veloxbolt platform. This exchange is not VeloxBolt, it is merely a temporary exchange where users can trade VLX/BTC and other alt pairs.
Withdrawals are currently disabled as there is currently an issue where Gmail users can not receive emails from our servers. We are working on this issue currently. Once it is resolved the exchange will be fully functional and withdrawals will be enabled.

Gmail users currently can not receive emails from us. We are working on this issue and trying to figure out why this is the case. We presume it is some sort of spam filter by google which we are trying to find a fix for. We have contacted google to see if they can help resolve the issue.
All other email companies, e.g hotmail, mailru, yahoo, etc should now be working fine, but they too did have an issue which we fixed in the last 24 hours.

For now, create an email you can easily access, and then once the gmail issue is resolved (once withdrawals are enabled) you can change your email in the account settings section.

how many time do you think need for enable withdrawals?

The process to fix the gmail issue, from what we have consulted with other developers who have experienced this problem, is 1-3 days max. It could very well be solved within the next few hours but it is really up to how long it takes to get a response from google postmasters.  1-3 days, maximum! This is shorter than originally intended. We made fantastic progress today and fixed a lot of small bugs. We originally planned on having a one week beta but since this is now our only known issue, and security has been reviewed several times, we can reduce it to 1-3 days to take care of the gmail issue.

If it is pending it means that the hot wallet is due to be refilled to cover your withdrawal.
Remember we are a new exchange, we will keep minimal amount in our hot wallets and more in cold storage until we age, and the code proves to be completely stable (even though we have thoroughly tested it, it is better to be on the safer side).
We have sent some cold storage to exchange into doge which will be complete within the next hour or two depending on bitcoin confirmation time.
