Great project! I decided to support the team on Twitter. I correctly understand that with all the made retweets need to be added to the report form? and where can I see the participants table?

RentBerry's soft cap is $3 million and its hard cap is $30 million. There is quite an amount of wiggle room in there. Considering most of the budget goes to IT Development, 30% to be precise, how does the development scale with the amount of money raised?
i think it will mostly depend on how much the can raise during the fundraising ico sale. they will scale it probably down, if they dont hit the hard cap. If we talk about hard cap, I think for this project it's quite possible to achieve this - maybe large investors will want to invest for long term, and they will get in the end good profit. it will probably scale more towards IT development the lower the amount raised is. makes sense that way. $30 million is a huge amount but at the same time this market move a lot of money so if they promote it well I think they can get it. Yeah, but in the end they don't need the full amount of money. So I think a good amount between 3m and 30m is possible, the hard cap must not be in the end. After googling all this info and pr about Rentberry, i am really surprised if they don't get hardcap... but then again, bitcoin is heading to the unknown terrority and we don't know what that will make to the rest of the markets. Icos are now for people that are willing to wait, most of them have not been for a quick flip for a while, and people are hunting for those that has real world value.

Why should we even have to guess about this? How can there be such a wide margin for building a blockchain and an app? "Hello Mr Plumber, how much will this leaky faucet cost me?" - "30% of the total bill, which can be anything between $300 and $3000". "But this faucet costs only $100 at Home Depot!" - "Well, after accounting for the cost of labor, Google AdWords and Facebook Ads fees and a mandatory donation to the Plumbing Fund, this faucet is going to cost you $1000. Please send a cheque to this address and have a nice day."

Well, the ICO will run for a long time till the end of February. There is still a lot of time to raise more funds.

Today Hacked released a review about Rentberry. https://hacked.com/ico-review-rentberry/Spoiler alert: a +7. That is usually very high on that site, but they have different reviewers and one reviewer may not be a strict or in-depth as another. In my opinion this review is not that in-depth.

A good video, although there is nothing new here that can not be read on the site. And what about Naga, I do not quite understand. Thanks for the video. Yes, all can be found on the web site), but some don't want to read and some not read. But videos are easier to understand.

They are mostly criticising even best projects by harsh. Maybe you are right about reviewer changer. Still, it is good that they liked project a lot.

I am kinda ICO newb and had some questions.
When I make ICO payment with eth via Cryptonomos, do I get ERC20 token as usual?
Or will I get Berry coins when its released? If so, how would I claim it? via my eth address?
Also, does berry share any profit? Or does it stake? Masternodes?
Thanks, forum was too long for me to read all.
Ps. Can I pay rent with Berries?

Hi guys! Tell me please, good project? Has the bounty company started for a long time? Who has studied the white paper well? Good project? you need to judge it by yourself. Bounty ? Campaign period runs from December 5th, 2017, to the end of the ICO or once the bounty budget is finished.

Well, no ICO can be perfect and its good that they involve also minuses since we can see where there is space for improvement. All in all i am quite satisfied with their review.

I think my only complaint with the ICO is that the values didn't seem to flex with the value of ETH. Since the start of the ICO, ETH went up $200+ but 1 ETH is still only 2500 Rentberry.
